Unfortunately the hot chai here tastes like dirty dishwater. It was super watery and so was the iced latte. For a huge place, they have almost no seating so we were forced to take it to go. The barista working there was very nice and the decor is funky and interesting but otherwise I'd skip it. Parking is also really tricky. read more

Upon entering what I thought was just a coffee shop, I did not know what to expect. Located next to a Pizza Hut and a railroad, this place has a distinct aura compared to the rest of Jupiter. It might feel a bit abandoned, but it's far from it. This café could easily be featured as a hidden gem in any magazine. The wooden doors opened up to a spacious ambiance. Fairy lights are draped across the walls, vibrant chairs hanging from the ceiling, and a diverse array of seating options provided a unique experience with each different chair. It is difficult to depict one theme in this restaurant but I would describe it as free-spirited and unconventional. As I already had my morning coffee, I was craving something lighter. I approached a small corner of the cafe and ordered one of their specialty drinks: lavender lemonade. After receiving my lemonade in less than two minutes, however at a steep price of $7.49, I set out in search of a seat. I was especially drawn to a lonely poppy red seating arrangement. I sat down carefully in this vintage red-leather lined chair, fearful that it would break. To my surprise, it was pretty sturdy. I decided to try my lemonade that was in a plastic cup with the words "Stay Loko". This beautiful, lavender-hued drink took me by surprise. It was the perfect combination of sweet, tart, and refreshing. Every sip felt like springtime, with floral notes hitting every taste bud. Next time, I am interested to try their other special, strawberry lemonade. Lokomotive offers an array of different services; it's a coffee shop, vintage store selling local trinkets, and a restaurant offering a wide range of Latin American dishes including arepas. Annnnnd they're back! The dynamic coffee duo famous for ruffling local government feathers because of their controversial (but awesome) airstream are back in action! They whipped me up a honey cinnamon latte AND a French toast latte because I couldn't decide, and well 2 sips later and I feel a serotonin spike! Oh how I've missed this team. I used to take my dogs to the beach nearby and then stop by for an iced coffee from their cute airstream, when they were forced to close I was very upset with the Town of Jupiter for not letting us have fun and quirky in our neighborhood. But, they're back! They're back! And I cannot wait to see this beautiful building continue to grow with creatives and food lovers. They have a bar in the works called The Ferro Via and it's a heart warming testament to the owner's family heritage. read more

My favorite place in Jupiter. I come here everyday and bring all my friends. I love the Iced Caramel Cream Latte with almond milk. The baristas are so sweet and very fast. I just visited a "new" coffee shop in Jupiter called The Lokomotive which has recently moved to The Ferravia at the corner of Center Street and Old Dixie. The cappuccino and croissant I had were both delicious! And the space is very expansive with works by local artists on display. I understand the owners faced a bit of struggle with local officials so let's make sure they survive and thrive at this new location. I also understand they will be hosting live music soon! read more
