I wanted to roast them canoe style to eat with bread, and immediately was rewarded with center cut shanks. These little details matter in the end. Everything they prepare for you is vacuumed seal in freezer safe packaging, sometimes there is cheese and snacks (AND AMAZING BUTTER) while you wait for your order. I haven't read any of the reviews of this place prior to writing this post. I literally just walked by this shop and went in and got to know- at least- everyone who works the front of the shop.
