We picked up a whole roaster, some thighs, and a few boneless/skinless chicken breasts...and this quality of the chicken is astounding. Different texture, flavor, and not fatty. The roaster turned out SUPERB- the best we'd ever experienced, the thighs I cooked in the air fryer, and the flavor and texture- very light skin, no fat, was phenomenal. The chicken breast were also of like quality. YES, it's more expensive, but the quality and the HEALTH factor of Draper Valley Farms Chicken is well-worth it. (included pic of our roaster) Then just two days ago, on a quick shopping spree to pick up a few of their HIGH QUALITY items at the meat counter (always SO good!)- and I purchased one of their Burgers (Online Ketchup & Mustard Only) & fresh fries to-go from the deli. Oh my. Huge patty, very lightly packed, lots of cheese, (pic posted as well) and the fries were great. Just an overall delicious hamburger.

I'm still stunned, honestly, just how GOOD it was. I now have a new favorite sandwich....actually a new take on a sub I got years ago in another town- roast beef, turkey and provolone...and this Cub Supreme adds bacon and Swiss instead of provolone cheese.. I could smell how delicious everything was the moment the moment the plate was set down in front of me. Flavor & texture of all the things exceeded expectations. The patty melt had layers of crispy fried onions that made for a lovely and tasty first-bite surprise, & continued to bring joy with each subsequent bite. In my opinion, it's the best savory crepe ever. I always customize mine by adding egg and avocado and it never misses. The atmosphere is what really makes this place special though. The owner, Gab, is always there making sure everything runs smoothly, and you can tell he genuinely cares. Him and his son Brandon take great care of their guests and make you feel like more than just a customer. Service can be a little slower at times, but honestly... give them grace. It had bacon, aioli, and a variety of fresh ingredients that came together perfectly. I honestly can't remember everything that was on it because I was too busy enjoying it! The bagel itself was fresh-made and absolutely delicious. We also tried the ham bagel sandwich with cheddar, ham, and honey mustard, and it was just as fantastic. Every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. For a sweet treat, we had the blueberry scone, and it was perfection--flavorful, tender, and clearly made from scratch. Their coffee menu is impressive as well. They can make just about any latte you want and offer a great selection of syrups, including cookie butter, vanilla, lavender, and many more. They also have plenty of milk options, including oat milk, almond milk, whole milk, and regular milk. The bakery itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with outdoor seating available, including two two-top tables and a larger six-top table, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your food and coffee. Strange, because usually a Ruben sandwich has a lot of roasted flavor. He said it tasted like dry roast beef. Had a lot of picture quality, but not much else.

We waited almost 40 min for food after ordering :/ we both had breakfast burritos that were just very average tasting. They did comp my Bloody Mary and the desert but man oh man that wait for the food was crazy and it wasn't a packed house either. In total after we left we had spent three hours there: waiting for table, waiting for food, eating it and finishing. We intended for a lot less time there. This was a Saturday. Maybe there's a problem going on in the kitchen or not having a food runner. Not sure ! Mediocre food for an absurd long. Unfortunately I will be back for that dill slat rim Bloody Mary. But not worth the wait for the food.
