We started frequenting Loop for the pizza because it is delicious and there is a nice variety outside the normal pepperoni or sausage. I also love the cauliflower crust option! We then started venturing out to try some of their other menu options and found that they're delicious as well! There is ample seating in the open dining hall as well as outside seating. After ordering at the counter the food is sometimes brought to the table or on crazier busy times your name or number may be called to pick up your order from the counter. 1st time in the loop, Kernersville location, have heard many good things about The Loop. Restaurant was clean, not crowded, ordered at the counter. Didn't feel like pizza and seen good reviews about their burgers so decided to try one, Wife went with crispy chicken salad. Food came quickly, portions were a little small for the price. Burger was ok, not as special as some reviews made it seem, Wife found the salad ok but chicken was dry. Overall we felt it was overpriced for what we go. I wished I had remembered to take a picture of our food. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch. She had a margarita pizza with cauliflower crust that I didn't know they had. She let me taste it and it was delicious! I ordered the grilled salmon sandwich w dill aioli that I asked for on the side. It came w lettuce tomato and I left off the onions. I like that they asked how I wanted it cooked and it was done to perfection. You have a choice of sides between fries chips or broccoli and I chose the broccoli. It was tender and seasoned well. The restaurant was open and clean and I like the display of condiments silverware and napkins across from the sofa fountains. The topper was how the staff was readily available and smiled and greeted us. They were also opened and kind to answer my questions. They are having a Thai special on Thursday and Sunday. And OMG, its on par or better than the b&m thai places. I got the sweet and sour crispy chicken. This gives P.F. Chang's signature menu item "changs chicken" a run for its money. But add in bell peppers onions and pineapple its even better. They do thai lunch on Thursday and dinner only on Sunday. Had dinner here with my father, husband and our small children. The price point is reasonable, the decor adorable, and the food delicious. My 5 years old even commented on how pretty it was. I had the tomato bisque and a Greek salad and they were top notch. My dad had pizza which he said was really good and there were no leftovers. Hubs had the wings and he said they were pretty good too. Only gave 4 stars because I don't like how it's cafeteria style for ordering, yet yOu leave your dishes as if you had a waitress/bus boy. We'd been traveling all day. Made a pitstop at the target across the way, and did a quick yelp search, I found this restaurant. The ambiance isn't anything fancy, it's clean and quiet and bright. It's a walk up order & pick up style restaurant. The menu is pretty simple, burgers & salad. We were pleasantly surprised by the soup, especially the chicken noodle. It was actually the best thing we ate. We ordered a pizza (which was fine) and a side salad. The portions are reasonable- nothing outrageous but a fine meal for the price. We actually ordered a second chicken noodle soup - the whole family really enjoyed it. Bathrooms were fine, clean and tidy. Service was good. We were like the only people in there (8-8:30pm on Friday) and everyone was friendly. If you need a bite to eat and no where else nearby, it's a decent stop. read more

The Loop has good food if you are looking for a simple, American night of fatness. The burgers are delicious and they actually season the broccoli. They make the food while you wait, which is great in this day. Sometimes the customer service is hit or miss. On my last visit, the young woman had an "I don't want to work here" attitude. Plus, my order was wrong. Also, I don't recommend using the SWIPEBY app for pickup. Just call it in if you want it to go. Saves you the trouble of complaining after they get your order wrong through the app. The food is good though. read more

I stopped in your restaurant for lunch today. I had a meat market pizza and a crock of French onion soup. My bill was almost $20 including the drink. Anyway I had just begun to eat my lunch and stepped away to get a refil of cheer wine and when I returned my food had been taken away. I had eaten only 1 slice of the pizza and a few spoons of the soup. I hope you can imagine my frustration. First of all, I wasn't a fan of the counter style ordering. For a place like this, it just doesn't fit. I got the chicken pesto chibatta sandwich and my fiance got their fried chicken salad. We both ordered a soft drink and our total came to a little over $22, which blew my mind. I wasn't quite prepared for that. Our food took quite a while to come out. Swallowing that steep price didn't become any easier as time progressed, as I found my food to be very bland. The only good thing about my meal was the homemade chips. The salad wasn't anything to rave about either. I also found that the place as a whole needs some repair. I know this is a family style restaurant, but the walls had chunks of paint missing and I just felt "dirty" eating there. I'm not sure what theme they're trying to go with on the decor, but I was totally confused. Not sure that we'll be back :( read more

We order out from The Loop in Kernersville often. The food has always been great...until today. My husband and I decided to eat at the restaurant, on their patio. We ordered their BBQ Cheddar Burger to share, with a side salad and a basket of fries. The salad had slimy lettuce in it and the wrong dressing. The bottom burger bun was in pieces and impossible to pick up to eat. Eating it with a fork & knife was an option except for having to peel off the soggy paper stuck underneath the bun. I took the salad back and was offered another salad, but I really wasn't interested after pulling slimy lettuce out of the first one. They were not very busy at all. Sometimes when folks have too much time on their hands, quality suffers. Step it up Loop! read more
