I noticed that the floors were very dirty, which is a lack of attention in the staff and management. I ordered a blue cheese burger (I think called a Loop burger), medium and it was more on the rare, but that is okay with me in a burger. Overall flavor of the burger was just okay, nothing great. I ordered steak fries to go with the burger, which was slightly under as well. This is counter service and they give you a buzzer to pickup your food. Stopped here tonight for an early dinner/super late lunch and was not disappointed. The 8 inch pizza is the perfect size for a single serving. I also got a salad that was extremely fresh and delicious! The staff were very friendly and food came out quickly. The restaurant was clean, and they even have a cute outdoor patio area to sit if you choose! I got the five cheese pizza. If you're a cheese lover, you have to try this one! read more

In a word, disappointed. Upon entering the place looked like it needed a deep clean. The walls need a brighter color, it's so drab in there. The place smelled like a dirty oven, burnt and smokey. We decided to eat outside. We ordered a hamburger which was good but the blue cheese chips were cold, not very appetizing. When warm they are delicious. We sat down as a family at the island table closest to the serving counter and it was single handedly the worst environment i've ever eaten in. the manager i assume, was "training" a new bus-boy.... yet unfortunately his way of training was berating and insulting the young boy the entire time... complained about the ways he held his head down while cleaning a table, the pattern he wiped in, the way he walked around, and his "lack of urgency" when simply going to retrieve a tray... I've worked in food service for many years and never once have i seen such an unprofessional way of training/ as a customer i'd like to enjoy my mediocre meal, without having to watch a young worker who is likely not getting paid enough be verbally assaulted all while trying to learn how to do their job.... Food was fine... The space was very clean and bright, an inviting vibe. The employees working the counter were very nice and smiled at us while answering our questions and helping us decide what to order. There were so many tasty options on the menu we ended up getting our own meals and then also sharing a pinsa. I had the chicken Cesar wrap with onion rings, the wrap was fat and full of crispy lettuce and chicken, the Cesar dressing was delicious and the onion rings were so crispy then tender on the inside. The space was spacious, there is a little walk to get to the counter to order. I was craving for a salad and wanted to try something different besides a Caesar salad or house salad. I decided to go with their Asian Chicken salad. It came with cabbage, romaine lettuce, Walnuts, noodle crunchies, all natural chicken and carrots. The dressing that came with it was a peanut honey lime dressing. The dressing was so unique and kinda reminded me of Japanese Ginger sauce but better! The salad was super fresh, chicken wasnt dry at all and cut thinly slice. The menu has a little something for everyone including salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza and wraps. I would definitely be back to try some Pizza. I saw some coming out and it looks really delicious. You can even switch out regular crust for cauliflower crust if you are trying to be a little bit healthier. The pizza was very good, I just felt that they drop the entire container of bbq sauce on top, I did like that the pizza was crunchy. And we also had the onion soup, it was very good. We went on a rainy day on June 5th when it just opened. I wanted to order a pizza, which I heard was good, but the pizza oven was down. I was willing to wait for it to heat up, but they said the oven was out of commission for the short term. I then opted for a sandwich, which was grilled in the oven as well. I couldn't order that or half the menu with the oven being down. I ended up getting the loop burger. The hamburger was a little dry, but tasty with fresh toppings and chips. Decor was unassuming with 1 wall having a splash of color with paintings. Service was good, with plenty of tables at early lunch. Tables are also bussed, so you can leave your finished tray at the table or self bus. I would like to come back and give this place a try with a working oven, but right now, I would not go out of my way to try this place again. read more

(If you're a blue cheese/freshly made potato chips lover, I highly recommend splurging on the up charge.) Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The pizza crusts were thin & crispy. The hand dipped shakes are worth the money--they're a meal by themselves! The only complaints were pizza was a bit pricy and the steak fries were not salted (but that was more of my daughter's expectation/preference). Salt, pepper, and ketchup can be found at table. We went on Saturday night. They were not super crowded but with 6 people there is not enough seating. Mostly 4 person booths. Was not very impressed with the food either actually. The onion rings were burnt beyond recognition. The grilled chicken sandwich was dry. We were told it car with iceberg lettuce. It did not. One person in the group got the pizza. He said it was not worth the price. Two people got the pasta. They both agreed they had had much better. Not a lot of flavor. I ask for well done on my burger. The overall restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. Now, they are known for their pizza. I decided to get the personal size meat market pizza.  While the ingredients were fresh and good quality, the personal size was too small for the price. I was still hungry after I finished. Came here on a Saturday around 5pm with 3 adults and 1 child. Be prepared that you will order before you sit down and they give you a beeper for once your food is ready. We did not wait too long for the food to be ready and there were plenty of options on where to sit as it was not crowded at all. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with the onion soup. I enjoyed my soup very much and the wrap was fine. My husband order the southwest chicken sandwich and he was not impressed. My sister ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with onion rings and she was happy with her meal. She said the onion rings were seasoned well. She also ordered the vanilla shake which was average tasting. My son had the Mac and cheese and the fruit. The Mac and cheese looked like Kraft macaroni, but my son did eat it. I will say that the bathrooms could use some good cleaning. The Loop Restaurant in Kernersville is excellent. Pizza is great but you need to try other menu items. The burgers, fries, onion rings, wraps milk shakes, and more are all excellent. The staff is very friendly and service is great because you pick up your food when they notify you and just leave everything on the table when you are done. The only slight issue I have is that when it is crowded, it is very loud because of high ceilings and concrete floors, but I will still eat in. Take out is available and the food is always hot when you arrive home. A great place to eat!!!! read more

Disappointed with the inconsistency lately. The Loop was a go to establishment for us for years. Lately they have slipped dramatically in their performance. We ordered pizza and a burger w/fries tonight. Both items were not up to their usual standard. The fries were cold, the pizza lacked the usual amount of toppings and the burger had the wrong toppings on it despite the fact that no one requested that to be added. Food is very good. Service is fine unless they are really busy and then even with a lot of employees there, it doesn't seem organized and streamlined. We haven't been to The Loop in Kernersville in ages (stupid Covid). They don't have online ordering but you can call ahead and get curbside delivery. Otherwise, all orders are taken at the counter and you are given a buzzy coaster thingy, then you go back to the counter and pick up. They have never had table side service but they do clear your table when you're finished. They have a great patio area and the tables have been spaced really well. They even had a sign up to leave "as is" for social distancing. It was too chilly for us and we opted to go in and order so we could see how the inside dining area was handled. Every other table was marked DO NOT USE. All workers had on masks and patrons must wear masks unless seated and eating. All utensils are plastic and hermetically sealed. We spotted a corner booth and felt comfortable enough to eat in. It was SO nice to eat inside a restaurant! We both got the same thing (see picture and caption). The bacon looks limp because it's laying down but it was actually crisp and delicious. The breast had BBQ sauce on it but you also get a side of sauce. The side of sauce was quite spicy, so having it on the side is a great idea. I just dipped each bite as I went. The hot chips are seasoned with rosemary and salt, fried until they are light golden brown and crisped to perfection. No soggy ones and no burnt ones. I ate those first with the ranch. They don't say their dressings are house made but the ranch was still good. I would definitely order this again. Be aware that they are pricey, considering we didn't have any leftovers. Two of these meals and one shared tea was $26.00 without a tip. read more

We started frequenting Loop for the pizza because it is delicious and there is a nice variety outside the normal pepperoni or sausage. I also love the cauliflower crust option! We then started venturing out to try some of their other menu options and found that they're delicious as well! There is ample seating in the open dining hall as well as outside seating. After ordering at the counter the food is sometimes brought to the table or on crazier busy times your name or number may be called to pick up your order from the counter.
