The shop used to take customer names, and it worked much better during busy times. Now it can be chaotic--orders are hard to hear, people miss their drinks, and drinks often get mixed up. In the past week alone, I've accidentally taken the wrong drink twice, and I've also had someone take mine. Meanwhile, staff spend time sorting out orders while the line keeps growing. A simple solution would be to start taking names again. It would make pickups more organized, reduce mistakes, and help lines move faster for both customers and staff.
