Im trying to sort out where it makes sense that I can be given disposable panties to try on a thong bodysuit but if it is a bra and thong set I can only try on the top? Thats a sale lost because I am not going to chance the bottoms not fitting or not liking the cut or on me and then a return not being accepted. I understand some people arent sanitary and dont use the disposables provided but how is allowing it with a thong bodysuit any different than doing so with a top and bottoms set. It's so rare I post bad reviews, as a business owner I understand the repercussions, who knows if this even posts but I do not believe in the owners policy... (I bought the outfit regardless so the owner wins in the short term, but I won't be back ‍) I visit this store often... mostly for the unique night life / event clothing. The jewelry is great too I recently hunted the city high and low, from Target to Nordstrom to Gucci, for a white outfit when it dawned on me I'm sure I'd find something at the love store! I went after the conference for tonight's event. I immediately saw a great jumpsuit. The price was at minimum 4x the wholesale cost but I was desperate ... The last small was on the mannequin so the gentleman (very friendly) removed it for me. The moment I touched the item the button fell off. I asked for 10% off to save me a little at MY alteration lady... (FAST turn around) He said no chance per the owner BUT she will make any corrections... I smiled and said 'I don't care to come all the way back but fine, can it be smoothed out too (VERY wrinkled) and I need it by 6pm tomorrow (almost 24 hours)' He seemed unsure about the wrinkles BUT ... as far as the button... No, it won't be ready because the owner is out of town and none of us know when she will be back!!!!!! If you're going to have such an absurd policy towards discounting a cheap item falling part then be available to honor your own policy!!! Or at the very least let your team know when you will return My alteration lady took care of the button in 40 minutes... But the worst part... the wrinkles NEVER came out. It was ironed, steamed and dried with a wrinkle release ... Was just in this morning (please dont judge me! Lol) and Erica really was a shining star from the start. I was greeted, asked if I had any questions or needed guidance and she asked for my name and shook my hand. Great handshake btw and also a very uncommon thing to see nowadays (especially with my fellow ladies!) I wandered off into the toy section for a little and at just the right time she came over to ask me how she could help. She led me to some great suggestions and I ultimately went with a rabbit like toy that she made sure worked in front of me!!
