This store has grown on me. I love coming here for great affordable basics. Each item is available in a variety of colors. It's located inside the Ontario Mills mall. A fan of this place! No complaints from me; I'm paying the price for quality. It's always clean, the workers are helpful, and the service is quick. I come here to buy new work clothes and shop their T-shirt sales. I usually park in front of the store because not a lot of people park there on weekdays, and I can easily browse Ontario Mills Mall afterwards. read more

Located at one of the exits of the malls, as far as size goes, this, like all other Uniqlo's, is pretty big. Staff are helpful and greeted us when we entered. If you're an avid Uniqlo shopper, make sure you have their app downloaded. As far as stock goes, I was able to find some Sanrio, Anime, & Disney UT graphic shirts here that were sold out at the Arcadia location, so maybe this is the place to go to cop the more popular lines that drop. There was also a greater selection of sizes from what I saw too (as someone who enjoys the XL + sizing). Not bad! read more

This store is huge and so spacious! Lots of room to peruse the aisles and shelves without feeling uncomfortable sliding past people. Fitting rooms are bright and open, the employee was super helpful. They're currently having lots of sales because of the holidays, many cute clothing items! While there are lots of deals, most of the sizes in between xs and xl are gone. You may have to dig to find the right size. It was mostly (surprisingly) organized, this is great considering how busy it was - but again lots of room to shop! read more

This Uniqlo at Ontario Mills is huge. I was visiting the area and was happy to see a Uniqlo so close by. Uniqlos are not something I see where I live, unfortunately! (But I suppose that's good because I would probably shop here a lot.) So when I see a Uniqlo, I go inside. This Uniqlo had so many things I wanted. I ended up buying some pants and a couple of turtleneck shirts, all from the HeatTech line. Their HeatTech clothing is amazing. Take it from a lady who lives in an area of the country (the Midwest) that actually has cold temperatures and needs things like HeatTech clothing. Uniqlo is good for this. So I stocked up and got me some warm clothing. The people who work at this store mostly left me alone, which was appreciated by me. I like to browse undisturbed. But if you want a more hands-on shopping experience, you might be disappointed. I feel like most Uniqlo stores have a very hands-off approach to customer service, so if you like that, then you're in luck here. read more

I've always wondered what styles of clothing were sold here. I was looking for some Women's Outfits for work, but I was unable to locate an item that would be suitable for me. As soon as I walked in, i saw lots of kids' sections and men's~was going to almost buy a Snoopy item, but that top was from Kids' section. I spent some time window shopping here, but the staff were very friendly and the entire store was extremely well organized. I'll have to take another second looksie here next time I'll be back to Ontario Mills Outlets, CA., for hopefully a new style I can fashion for work. Window shopping has been a form of a stress reliever for me. They displayed some Fall season items on sale under $20, but I didn't like the design, or I wasn't so much into the design of what was displayed this past trip. I still gave it a 4 star review for the friendly staff and cleanliness of the entire store. I'm impressed how well organized they were. I'll be back again soon, but I hope to find something next trip? My mom and I still spent about almost half an hour browsing around. read more

The more I shop here the more the store grows on me. I like the low cost and decent quality of materials, the seasonal color schemes, and the good return policy. The Ontario Mills location is the largest and most spacious of the two I frequent. As such the selection is slightly wider without compromising safety during the Covid-19 era. I also like how the employees are there to serve if or when needed, not hound you or follow you around like other retailers. My favorite items here include the loose fitting T-shirts in a multitude of colors, the sweat pants and hoodies, and the impressive sock display. So many colors! I have a thing for colorful or oddball socks. White is so boring! Great brand, you've got yourself a semi-regular, semi-annual customer for life! read more

I had a horrible experience shopping at this store. After walking into the store, I had not even reached the men's section before an employee named Sierra welcomed me with unwarranted sass and attitude. She was pushing some sort of bin, while I was stopped looking at one of the shelves. She continues on to say "excuse you, you're in my way" with the grossest look on her face, as if I was the one to blame. I WAS STATIONARY, NOT MOVING AT ALL, SIMPLY LOOKING AT THE CLOTHES ON DISPLAY. Not only is this the wrong way for an employee to treat a customer, but even outside of work this is no way to behave and treat others. What ever happened to manners like "pardon me" and "sorry, excuse me"? I understand she's potentially simply doing her job, however I did not appreciate how stupid she made me feel, as if I was the center of the problem. You can very easily go around me, OR ALSO USE YOUR WORDS AND MANNERS TO SAY "EXCUSE ME COMING THROUGH" and I would have been more than happy to step aside and make some room for you to pass by. I hope this review finds the Uniqlo management, because what had happened to me within the first few minutes of entering the store is ridiculous. Every other employee I spoke to after this initial disastrous encounter, was very nice though. Love clothes from Uniqlo. I remember when Uniqlo was only first opened in NYC and I had loved the quality and feel of their clothes. After my trip back from visiting a friend there, I asked them if they could help purchase and mail me a few items (this was before Uniqlo had an online store). When Uniqlo opened a store up in SF I was super excited and dreamed of the day when they would open locations down in SoCal. The staff are always very welcoming and there is usually one up in the front of the store (folding clothes, etc.), welcoming customers. Pricing is very affordable for the quality of their clothes and I still wear the ones I purchased more than 10+ years ago. The colors do not really fade, but make sure to follow the washing care instructions! The clothes also do not misshapen or etc. I have only purchased long sleeves (heattech) and shirts, but have no complaints here! The variety of colors are always convenient especially with their shirts - if one likes to color coordinate often. These days, I have been wearing more clothes without logos and Uniqlo fits the bill! I have never tried the fitting room so cannot comment. The store is always nicely displayed, clean, and spread out. One can find anything that they are looking for. If you need help, there is always someone on the floor. There are usually also great sales here and there. They also have a self-checkout counter behind the register (card only), but I have never used them. The latest visit, I headed to the store for an exchange for an online order and it went quickly without a hitch. read more

Uniqlo is one of my favorite stores to shop at. This location at Ontario Mills is always fully stocked and kept clean and tidy, as most Uniqlo's are. Their basics are a staple in my wardrobe and recently, I picked up a beautiful wool/knit cardigan coat and I love it! The only reason why I knocked off one star is because of their new Return Policy. You cannot return an item even if you have the receipt. You MUST have the tag in tact in order to process a return. This caused me not to be able to return or exchange a shirt I bought my husband. Definitely a weird change in policy considering Uniqlo is a global brand and most brands accept receipt-only returns/exchanges nowadays. Besides that, I will gladly continue to shop at Uniqlo. First time at this is store. Horrible costumer service!! The guys at the changing rooms were rude to me and my family. 1. My father in law was waiting for us and he was sitting right outside the fitting rooms. Well, the store guy came up and said "you need to move, can't seat in the product like that". Where are you manners, sir. Is that how you supposed to treat a senior men? So rude and inconsiderate. 2. They have a "one adult only policy" in the fitting room. They would not let my husband come in to help with my two little kids to try on item. 3. I had several pieces of clothing to try, more than 8 pieces. I did like 3 rounds and the last one I had an extra piece that would not let me try "because there's 8 piece policy", even though my door was across from their table. What am I going to do, steal the item in front of you? In addition, he started counting my own clothes as items.. ridiculous. In summary, it was a terrible experience. They need to train their staff some manners. I understand there's policies they booed to follow but this was too much. Disappointing read more

I love Uniqlo & miss the stores in LA county, especially Torrance. I came looking for my favorite jeans & maybe some deals, but sadly they didn't have my sizes & the sales rack was empty & the sales they had on some items were the clothes or pieces of you wouldn't likely desire even at teenage expectations they were plain & baggy looking like not hip baggy just baggy & awkward. Customer service was good though, just like the ones in LA. But LA has a much better selection & lots of good stuff on the clearance rack. read more

Uniqlo is my go to store for anything I need to add to my closet. Their fitting is perfect and the quality of their material is superb. One of the reason why I love Uniqlo is their sizing and colors are standardized. Which makes color coordination super easy and consistent. They have everything you would need for every season to keep you looking styling year round. This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees all know when the newest drops will hit the store and what series are in limited stock. They are all courteous and helpful, especially when it seems like someone is having trouble. The fitting room personnel are always helpful and is probably the reason why I come back to this store. #UniqloOrNothing read more

I bought the XL to test it out on my mother, but it was too big. When you make a return, you only get back store credit. My girlfriend and I made a quick stop here to get socks for me. They have a really good deal on socks. 4 for $12 with a variety of colors to choose from. I really liked their flat tone socks. As we were paying. We noticed a cute holiday box for socks. We asked one of the staff if, by any chance, we could get the box and he said they didn't have it, but the other staff member, Gian overheard us and said that they actually had the box. I usually come here for their shirt collaborations. They have several with graphic designers and art houses. I came here since they released their collections with Nintendo and Disney. Their shirt quality is pretty good, they didn't shrink and the fit is nice. I bought size large men graphic shirts since I didn't like the boxy-shaped shirts for womens. I love going to this UNIQLO location! It's definitely my go to location when I'm wanting to buy more high quality flannels. I've bought at least 7 flannels in the past year and the quality still feels brand new and very snug. Not too snug of course! Just enough to make you feel confident that the purchase you made was definitely worth it. It is a bit pricey, roughly $25-30 dollars a piece, but when it's on sale, it can go as low as $14.90! The location seems to be very well kept by its employees also, because every time I come in, I don't really see any pieces of clothing out of place. I appreciate how organized they try to make the store, since UNIQLO has an image that is usually held up to high standards by its consumers. The image of this store is also greatly enhanced by the friendly service of the employees. They're great at building rapport and look diligent and hardworking as they walk around the floor! I'm definitely frequenting this location more often every time I visit Mills. read more

As a 1st timer, my initial thoughts were oh here we go, Japanese attire is probably going to cost me an arm & a leg but surprisingly their prices were really good! Sometimes it is difficult to find clothing that will fit us Asians especially with pants length since we are pretty short. The stuff they sell is pretty simple - plain colors and basic style (nothing that entails tying or trying to figure out where to put your arms). The price range is $14.90-$49.99. Their material is pretty good & I loved my first experience. A lot of good winter clothing & business attire. Best of all, they offer free hemming service (if it is above a certain price, if it's under $20, they charge $5). It takes about 30 minutes to get done after they pin your desired pant length. Their customer service is also pretty good - everyone is friendly. Would I come here again? Yes! Very clean, simple but still classy and the prices were really good! If not, still reasonable. On Sunday, May 7, 3017 at 2:30 PM, my wife tried to exchange a woman 3/4 short from Large to Medium in good selling condition and its original package at Uniqlo on Ontario Mall California. Salesman Sergio refused on the ground that the paper hook on back of package was slightly torn. The paper hock still worked. As a matter of fact, quite a few other packages on their display rack had the same problem with customers tried to open the package. Manager Mark Gi insisted that his words were final. Mr. Mark Gi was arrogant and his attitude was not customer centric. We understand Uniqlo exchange and return conditions very well. We are not stupid and ignorant, although Mark treated us like we were. The product is in perfect selling condition in its original package. The customer needs to exchange to a smaller size. Simple. Unique is a big international company with excellent reputation. Its trained manager Mark Gi's attitude should not reflect the image Uniqlo wants to keep in United States. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy in our country. We strongly believe we should share our experience with friends and associates broadly. A $14.90 purchase is not a big deal to Uniqlo, nor to my family. I do not believe it is Uniqlo's intention to ignore customer service. The place is huge. Well stocked with their classics in all colors and sizes (of course it's the grand opening). Unfortunately, I didn't see any of their cute graphics/ Disney Tshirts. Not that many things were on sale for the grand opening so I didn't go too crazy. The checkout line was not bad at all. The free Airism and Totes (free with $50 purchase) area was kind of slow. They weren't doing things efficiently but it's only temporary so it doesn't effect my opinion on the overall store. read more

Went back to school shopping with my daughters. A couple of things... 1 the selection was not great lots of the same top over and over a few dresses that were nice. 2. Went to fitting room and the person attending told a mom that her young daughter could not go in the fitting room with her only one person in each dressing room, meanwhile two adult women were in one room trying on clothes together. 3. Went to check out and the item rang up a higher price then what was marked. The cashier asked me to show her were we got the item. I am already thinking don't you know your own store. She walks with me and I leave her at the table so she can veirify.. then she comes back to say oh these don't count. Then a manager comes over a male and he goes to check and says oh no maybe a customer puts these in the wrong place this is a big store. Full of excuses he would Not honor the price. The review is based on the customer service, not the products. I came in and got a pair of chinos and wanted them hemmed. Robin at the front desk was kind enough to assist me by taking down my corrected measurements for altercation. He told me to come back at 7:00 same day! Around 7:00 I can back in to pick up the pants, only to be told by Robin that they haven't been started because I requested for pick up tomorrow, 11/5. Obviously there was some miscommunication and he was able to get my pants altered by 8:05. The reason for my one star review was because Robin was adamant that I had requested pick up the next day, when clearly on my receipt he wrote "7:00 pm 11/4" under the pick up note section. Also as a consumer, if I didn't want to come back the next day why the hell would I request next day pick up. If he had owned up to the mistake and assured me that my pants would be altered ASAP, I would have let it go. But because he was pretty much blaming me for the miscommunication, I was very frustrated. Rule number one of customer service: If there's a problem, present a solution. Don't put blame on the other person. It's a shit tactic to use and it results in BAD SERVICE. So Uniqlo staff, next time don't blame a consumer for a miscommunication error when BOTH parties are at fault, and don't just shift the blame and not come up with a solution. Uniqlo offers great products and I love their quality, but this store's staff needs a revisit on how to treat and interact with customers. Thanks for failing to meet my standards read more

Great selection of clothing, and I personally had no issues with customer service! The fitting room attendant was super polite and asked everyone how their shopping experience is going. The check-out line moved quickly, and my transaction was both fast and polite. No one really greeted me or asked if I needed assistance when I was on the floor, but I personally like a hands-off shopping experience where I can roam around without being bothered. I bought a few items that fit great and were reasonably priced. A great place for basics. I'll be back again! read more
