Don't go here the place is a total rip off. Went in for a tattoo, was told a flat rate per hour or full day. got 3 different sessions for 800-900 a pop and it still came out trash. Artist kept pretending like they needed more time to milk more $ out of it. At the end also lied and said I owed even more. Ended up paying almost 2k for one piece. Most seasoned artists can do a full sleeve for that price. I don't think anyone in this place has more than 5 years experience which is god awful. This place is not APP certified. Should have expected problems. The piercer purposely put in the wrong gauge size on one of my nipple piercings (the other one was obviously bigger) and didn't say anything. So when I went back asking to buy the correct size, they didn't have it and said i couldn't get my money back. This place is not equipped for proper piercing maintenance. read more

Had four piercings done in a row- they were very quick and professional, their piercer (I had been pierced by Kayla) was very thorough, and provided a sheet on piercing aftercare, as well as explanations for certain choices (ie. Saline vs Alternatives for cleaning). The space was fairly private, and not busy at all. The only drawback was cash only, but they have an ATM in the space, and said ATM took USAA visa (what I bank with). Kayla used titanium, and I've had no complications or complaints 2 weeks later. To start off, while I know a lot about piercings, I do not claim to be a licensed piercer or to know everything about them. When I came in with a couple of people to get piercings, not only did we have to wait forever (I do recognize that it was a busy day), but the piercer went on to pierce my nose incorrectly. I already had one nostril pierced and wanted my other one done. I was pretty picky about placement due to wanting it to match up well with the other one, although everyone should be picky about what goes on their face. When I thought the placement was as good as it was going to get, she went ahead and pierced it but when I looked, I realized the angle was completely off. I was already afraid to speak up about it and when I did (in a very nice way), she was incredibly rude to me and raised her tone, but also claimed that she was taught to pierce at a 90° angle and that my original nostril piercing was incorrect. Whether it is or not, your job as a piercer is to get it as close as possible to the other one to match up. Not only is it higher than the other side, but it is also lifted, it does not sit on my nose. There is a literal gap between the jewelry and my nostril. If a customer is not happy with the placement or you pierce it incorrectly, you should not be rude about it and tell them they are wrong. I saw one other review claiming that the piercer was rude and I should have listened. My boyfriend paid $60 for a piercing that I will have to be removed. read more

So I came out of town and my brother set up an appointment with his tattoo artist Jesse. First off the dude replied a million times that he was drunk and smacked when he was writing back about our appointment. Then he gave us a time range to come in between 2-7 so we came at 3. Never gave a specific time and we let him know what time we would be there. When we got there he hadn't even checked his email with our designs so we had to send everything again and somehow he was just annoyed and in a bad mood. We literally got 3 fine line small minimal tattoos and two touch ups on a tiny finger tattoo. We had scheduled another tattoo for a bigger flower piece and he somehow was mad when we realized the stencil was wrong. A stencil he copied off a picture- not an original design. He told me he'll do it another day since I asked for him to change the flower. Mind you, I'm from out of town so there won't be a next time. When we first got there he offered us to sit in the room while each of us got tattoos, by the second time we came back he said oh no eating - ok fine that's understandable and by the third one he said nobody in the room. So each time he changed up his mind and was just annoyed by us. He made rude comments about us not moving meanwhile the chair was wobbly And he kept having to reenforce it with a smaller chair under. He literally said "do you think you can stay still, if not your plane is going to look like it had a bumpy ride" and then said "are you SURE you want it like that" because I was asking for him to change the other design. Each tattoo was literally max 5 mins And we still tipped him 20% which by the way he looked annoyed that we went back to him to literally give him free money. My brother reached out to tell him what he did was rude he said we were "extra" and we were late to our appointment and that he will do just fine as a rude tattoo artist. So recap, my brother got two prior calf tattoos with him and gets another one for himself and bring me and my friend for two tattoos each more plus another and somehow we were extra? I regret not going with the owner who was professional and asked for an appointment and deposit because at least we would have been treated like decent human beings. I felt so manhandled and humiliated because he kept literally barking different instructions each time. Fast forward one week later, and our tattoos are healing badly. We are noticing some lines are half done and inconsistent. If he couldn't do fine line he should have warned us. So not only was he rude but he also was a sloppy tattoo artist. I went in to get a piercing for my belly button and the women who did it were so rude to me for absolutely no reason. I came with my friend and I asked her if I could just take off the top of a piercing and of course i couldn't but i had no idea. She rudely said no and then explained to me in a aggravated tone. They were no where near close so i don't understand why she was being this way since there was also no one in store. She then put the piercing in and it was genuinely the worst experience!! I told her it was pretty new and it still hurt but she continued to say smart remarks towards me and ridicule everything i said with another woman who also works there. I originally had my piercing done with someone else there and she was so kind. She was also very gentle. These woman had a lot of piercings and tattoos. I do not recommend them. I only mention that because the lady that i originally got it done with did not have a lot. They also had colorful hair. It was genuinely so embarrassing to have someone treat me like an idiot when I was just getting my piercing fixed. While I was about to leave I asked her to clean it and she said "with what?" like i'm dumb. I said " with some saline solution" and she continued to say "I already did bye" with such a rude tone. if I could give it a -5 star I would , I wont lie people were nice but honestly the guy who did my tattoo was clearly on something don't know what drug it was he wasn't in his right mind I thought he was okay to do the tattoo since he was so sure he could do something simple. after the tattoo was done I noticed after a few days of it healing was very uneven and didn't match with the rest of my tattoo. After that I wasn't feeling good about it so I canceled and guess what? they kept the deposit I had canceled more than 2 days before and the morning after making the appointment . I will never go to her ever again she didn't show me the drawing, she has crooked lines in my tattoo the shading is horrible she told me to leave the adhesive tape on for 6 days i left it on for one and i have blisters on my arm. I called first stating I would like to bring my fiancé in for a tattoo for our anniversary. The guy on the phone stated that's fine... then we got there, was not greeted at all. Felt awkward. Then some guy comes and says well I've made $300 today so I'm out... so then that left I believe the last guy who shot down every single idea I through out. I've been here about three times. The first two times I got pierced by someone who no longer works here, he was great. The third time I went back, he wasn't there, he was replaced by someone else. (Jasper Meade) He was awesome at first. He helped me get rid of a bump on my piercing. Awesome. I then got a piercing by this person, who put in a piece of jewelry that was too small for me. The jewelry sunk into my skin and I went back. He didn't listen. He got his apprentice to come out (who also doesn't need to work in any tattoo shops for any reason because he also doesn't listen) and agree with him. I tried telling him multiple times and he told me everything was fine. Don't worry. it's normal. Eventually the jewelry sunk all the way into my skin. I went back, he changed the jewelry to an ugly piece to "help it heal" I guess and there was liquid oozing out of where the ball sunk in. There was a hole in my stomach. I still feel where the skin grew back very thinly. I'm upset. There's nothing I can do about it except share my experience. If you're going to work in a field like this, you need to not be big headed and listen to the people you service. You don't know everything, just because you work in a shop doesn't mean you're good at what you do. If the other person was here this probably wouldn't have happened. You take risks when you let someone else give you a piercing or tattoo, but when the person is big headed and doesn't listen like these two uneducated, big headed individuals.. it makes bad things more likely to happen. Next time, open your ears and eyes and close your mouth. read more
