What a fun place! Food was great, the bbq sauce on the ribs was incredibly good! We hit this place on a beautiful evening of good weather so the doors were open to a great breeze. Service was great, food was yummy and last minute decision to go downstairs for a concert that was super fun!

Drinks were really good, but my brisket chili nachos were really soggy on the bottom layer. Very friendly staff.

This place rocks! I mean Literally. We've never been here prior and really didn't know it even existed. The wife bought tickets to Leonoid and Friends. (Chicago tribute) It was a blast. Two hour concert, great comfortable seating in a small venue. Although I believe we were the youngest couple there, I was kinda nice to sit and watch a concert. They have a cool restaurant upstairs that we didn't try, but definitely plan on returning for another show and dinner.

Came here for the first time last night for Cincinnati burger week! Even though it was the middle of the week, they were a full house and had a little bit of a wait. We ordered their two special burgers they had for the week and loved them both! Totally worth wait. We also ordered the wasabi deviled eggs as an appetizer and really, really enjoyed them!

I think I need to review both the restaurant and the venue. The restaurant is three stars, tops. I do love that the garage doors open when the weather is right. The restaurant is extraordinarily convenient for the shows downstairs. I ordered battered fish. I don't recall if it was a sandwich I ordered without the bread. It came with tartar sauce and I must have ordered a side of cauliflower. It looks good in the pic, but the flavor is unmemorable. Mark ordered the Sky Dog. The picture doesn't inspire, "Yum!". I do recall 'reordering' a non-alcoholic beer and getting a full-alcohol beverage instead. Maybe the waitress should have been paying closer attention. There are other restaurants in the area that work for pre-concert dinners. The venue itself is pretty cool. It's oddly shaped. I've seen performers struggle with which way to stand... a bit this way, a bit that way. It's an odd setup. That said, it's a small venue and the sound is great. Between the restaurant, which gets points for convenience, and the venue which gets points for intimacy, The Ludlow Garage is pretty good overall.

Our fist trip for a concert, Very unique seating arrangement. Place seats 500 people & not a bad seat in house. It has restaurant & bar attached to establishment. Prices on drinks were moderate. Parking wasn't bad. Loved the concert ..

Unique menu. Had a wagu hot dog with mac and beer cheese on a bun. It was very delicious. We were told it was a bit pricey but it was perfect. For our hot sandwiches with fries and tots was $15. No up charge for the fries/tots. It was a little weird strolling up to at 6:15 to a nearly empty place and being told they weren't taking walk ups because they had reservations all night. Luckily we could sit at the bar, and service was extremely quick that by the time reservations started arriving 45 minutes later we were nearly done. We weren't the only ones with the reservations surprise, which wasn't exactly helped by the fact that the hostess stand was almost always abandoned despite the fact several staff were hanging around the bar. But most were able to sit at the bar in the end. This place also hosts concerts in the basement but it's pretty dang large and opens up to above the main level.

Unique restaurant with good food and the venue was awesome. The whole neighborhood is a cozy inviting area with ice cream shops bars and art studios- park with live music. We had great service and surprisingly tasty food from the "garage" the concert was like spending an evening with the band. Theater type seats and close view with good sound system BTW Morgan James was so incredible!!!! So much talent and soul. The whole band made the night magical- thank you!!

Awesome venue with great acts. Tonight was Stanley Clarke the quintessential jazz bassist. Killer sound system and great bar and drinks right in Clifton. Great show and venue. Keep 'em coming!'

Enjoyed my concert experience quite a bit. Thought my meal was just so-so, but I'll definitely return.

Great venue if you can sit up close. Kind of a strange layout for seating but very intimate!

I didn't eat there, but it's one of the best concert venues I've ever attended. Great sound and lighting. Very comfortable seats.

Can you buy concert tickets at the door?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure. I've only gotten mine through Ticketmaster or SeatGeek. Prob best to buy ahead. The few times I've been, were packed houses and you could choose your seats better.

I do realize it is a chain but so far they have nailed all the prerequisites of what they need to be a successful chain in my opinion. Definitely recommended to get reservations the day before as I don't believe they take reservations the day of. Ambiance is friendly and warm and service has always been really good! The food is the big highlight though. The food here is just plain amazing. The main course of chicken to all of the side dishes they have. The spoon bread to the sweet potatoes to the mac and cheese, it's all good. It is definitely one of the big reasons we go there. Looking forward to coming back again soon! Bring a big appetite.

I ordered immediately as I was late at 9 PM for dinner. I got the three piece dark with sides of Mac and cheese which came with biscuit, and green beans. Everything tasty enough, and the fried chicken was juicy and honestly fine without the honey. The spicy honey which was in a glass ramekin, was pretty good. As oft said, "I put that sh*t on everything -- so I tried it with the Mac and cheese and it was noticeably better. All in all, pretty good experience here and will rate it 3.5/5 overall.

The space is open, bright and well decorated making it very inviting for brunch. You order at the counter from the menus placed along the wall then food is delivered to your table. The various brunch items all sounded very inviting so I was having trouble deciding what to order. So I got a recommendation to try the Shakshuka. Not sure how to pronounce it but when it arrived it was just the right portion and quite tasty for brunch. It's a bowl with a red pepper sauce and feta cheese and kale along with eggs sunny side up. The dish is served with pita so you can do a little bit of dipping in the tasty sauce. To accompany our food we selected the mimosa service and bloody mary pitcher. A pitcher is just perfect for sharing. And the mimosa service was delightful. The server arrived with a bottle of Prosecco and small carafes of orange, grapefruit and blood orange juices to mix yourself. The food was fresh and tasty with prompt delivery of our food to our table. Not quite a full service restaurant since you have to order at the counter but still a nice experience located downtown.
