After each treatment she will talk really fast like raping to say something like "you don't need another treatments right?" After filled complaint to the headquarter, the first thing she did was lie straight to my face. She is always rushing the process and missing spots like she has somewhere better to be, and if you question her, she gives you bs that insult your intelligence. I filed a complaint, but this company's "medical team" has absolutely no accountability or responsibility, just pure gaslighting. Luckily, I went to a real dermatologist who said the damage can be reversed. Otherwise, I would be suing. Avoid this place, especially since Jessica is currently the only technician. It is literally worth the drive to go to a different branch. So glad I moved to different state and staffs in here are so professional and care about their work.
