Incredible care and experience. I'd been going to a doctor at a med spa for several years and recently had been disappointed with the results. The doctor spent very little time with each patient prior to injecting and I wasn't looking like myself despite expensive corrections. Eh. First of all know that for Botox, they charge a $250 minimum. That's not made clear on any of their booking info. I went in for a very small "touch up" as the person who normally does my botox moved. I only needed $48 in injections. They made an exception from their $250 minimum (yes you pay that regardless of your bill) and only charged me $100. Even though my bill was only $48. Gee. Thanks. So I paid $52 more than what my actual bill was. That's irritating. I felt the Botox running out on my skin in one of the injections and actually have a small scratch from the needle in that injection. I then have to go back in 2 weeks for a follow up consultation. Ok. That's fine they want to check their work. However, as a veteran of Botox, I can already tell 5 days later that I'm going to need a few units more. So I called to see if the difference I had to pay of the $100, could just be applied to my next visit injections. Nope! So I'll have to again pay more, even though I was overcharged at the first visit (that's assuming I go back) to get the touch up. The injector was kind. Seemed to know what she was doing. I'm not impressed with their business practices. So I unfortunately will not return. Feels very much like I was getting ripped off. Again, I've been getting Botox for years and I've never experienced this policy. A deposit maybe but a minimum charge? Nope. Sorry ladies. read more

I've come to The Luxe Room for a chemical peel and Botox. My chemical peel appointment with Nici was great. We talked about my skin and concerns I had. We decided on the VI Peel and my results were excellent. I've done many peels before, but being new to the Colorado winters, I wanted to make sure I was getting the right peel. My Botox appointment was fine, but I felt a bit rushed and that we didn't really talk about what I wanted/needed. I told her what I got done previously and how many units and then she just took off from there. I wasn't warned when the needle was being put in either, so that caught me off guard. I've since had Botox done at another place, but I wouldn't completely shut down the idea of coming back to The Luxe Room. I like to give second chances. read more

I go to see Lauren who is a registered nurse. First of all her talent is impeccable. I've gone to other people for Botox and my Botox has never looked as great as it does now thanks to Lauren . I've also gone with two friends to get their lip filler done by Lauren, and they look incredible. She explains the whole entire process of whatever you're getting in detail, and she answers every question so thoroughly. I also appreciate how honest she is. If you sit down in her chair and decided that moment that you want something done, she doesn't push it. Instead, she tells you to think on it, which I think is so honest. I came in for an appointment to get Botox. I only wanted some by my eyebrows to get raised a little bit. At first the lady suggested 34 units of Botox which was roughly around $450. I declined because in the past I have never received anything over 15 units in my whole forehead. I don't have wrinkles I just wanted my eyebrows lifted a bit. So I was a little put off with how much she wanted to give me. I ended up paying $200 for Botox which would be okay had I gotten the results I wanted. My eyebrows didn't raise any and I can still move my eyebrows up a lot so I see no difference at all. I will probably see the other girl next time because their Instagram looks amazing but the results I got were sub par. Nice office though, love the aesthetic. read more
