And when it gets going, you better hold on to something, because you're about to experience a slow motion tsunami of rich beefy flavor being released inside your mouth. The flavor just does not quit. Chew it slowly and savor that flavor. Soooo satisfying! M&S Meats jerky is so great because it is made from choice cuts of whole muscle meat. This jerky is hand-cut, hand-hung and hand-smoked.
