They did have a barcode to scan and track your order on your phone so I did that. It let me track my order but had no receipt option. So I had to go to the counter and ask for one. Order came out pretty quickly. This is what I ate: 1 - latte - this was the best thing I ordered and was pretty good. Right amount of froth and temperature was good. Quality espresso as well. 2 - Croissant bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. This was a pre-made breakfast sandwich that they heated in a microwave. Similar to what you would get at Starbucks. Nothing special, just ok. 3 - Cinnamon roll - I saw they advertised a "new recipe" for this and I enjoy a good cinnamon roll and gave it a try. This was the WORST thing I ordered. There should be separate menus for this. Throughout the service the server did a good job checking on us but at the end she had dirty tables and we were neglected. The guests sitting around us were given boxes, checks, and cashed out before we ever were. We sat there for quite a while before the server offered us dessert, which by that time we were way more than ready to just leave. I understand busy, but this server prebussed our table until we only had drinks while the guests around us tables were filthy, but those people were cashed out and they left. Then we saw her snipping at a busboy to clear her tables for her. For food, 2 of us got sushi rolls, 1 of us got a steak and vegetable, and the kids chicken meal. The sushi was yummy, the steak was horrible- just horrible, and the kids was a very good portion; my son only ate the rice so the rest of us ate his food. He wasn't a fan of the sauce on the chicken. Service goes a long way in a restaurant and it can make a bad meal seem ok as long as you're taken care of. We were disappointed.
