My daughter was charged a bogus $10 studio fee. She was not told…read moreof this fee before hand. She had to completely clean everything and what did the workers actually do. They up hard all of their products and have a bogus handling fee on top of it. I called management and there were not willing to budge off this and the manger was extremely dismissive toward me. As a parent I'm very unhappy of any establishment taking of young children. For a simple $10 they would rather have a very irritated customer. I have no problem spreading the word about how poor the color me mine customer service is. I want a refund!!!!!!!!!! Scam alert!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. They don't care about their customers. Do not use this location.

One of the most basic things is guest service - the beginning interaction, the overall continued guest service while they're in your shop and the lasting impression that will be the deciding factor if someone will come back or not. I brought my family in and on a slower evening, mind you there were only (2) tables with (2) ppl at each table already painting their pottery. We walk in and the two girls at the register didn't bother to make eye contact, greet us, get up off their bums and ask us how our evening was... let alone helping us get started. They were more concerned about their personal conversation than working for the money the owners are paying them. Then basically they had to pry themselves out of their seats to get us paint... still no smiles, advice or anything. While we were painting they stopped at NO tables to ask if We needed anything or had questions. They just continued their personal conversations. Correct me if I'm wrong but they're there for the guests, not themselves. I can only hope they're better than that otherwise ownership really needs to take a closer look at who they let run their business. This is the first time and last time we will come back after spending almost $200 that night. It has a lot of potential to be a fun place to come and hangout but with employees like that, it was a turnoff immediately. I would've immediately turned around and walked out if it wasn't for me coming into town for a week to specifically spend time with my family while I was in town for a short time. But I was embarrassed I brought them there and we were treated or should I say ignored almost the entire Time we were there. When they wrapped up our session, again there was no smiling, zero personality and no cause to want to come back and spend more money. Debating if 2 stars is too much. Disappointing...

After weeks of going thru this my granddaughter finally got her piece they also said that if you don't pick up your piece by seven days, they throw it out .
