I had my dog , and we were going to walk to the park up the street. and walk back when job was done. We arrived back at the store in 35 minutes, and the car came out 2 minutes later. The paint and body work was so bad and poorly checked over that the truck had to be sent back twice. From paint on the chrome part of the door handles, crooked emblems, dent not being fixed on the initial repair or even in the second (finally fixed on third), fender flair bulging off of the fender, bad orange peel, polish left on the mirror, trash left in the bed of the truck, they took of the bed cover and instead of putting it back on they left it in the bed of the truck. This wasn't a rush job as they had the truck for a month. EVERYONE including the painter, the body repair guy, the person who quality checks it, and the service advisor Christopher should all be fired. I've had quite a few cars repaired (unfortunately) and this has hands down been the worse experience, and poorest quality work I have ever seen.
