From the moment I called, Magic Fairy, they were helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Ada got me set up with an appointment very quickly despite not knowing how much time was needed and it being the end of the month. Gabriella and Cecilia were very professional and did a fabulous job cleaning. Magic Fairies cleaning list is extensive and they got to everything on it. I was particularly impressed with the dirt removed from the walls, the grim removed from the dishwasher and stove top and dust taken off the baseboards. I run a small aviation logistics service across the country and we've recently relocated to south Florida. I called Ada and her team at the last minute and was surprised they were able to accommodate me with such short notice. I was facing a full 1,200 sq ft. office move out clean, cleaning the carpets at my apartment, and all the windows for both the office and apartment in a 3 day crunch. I liked how organized they are. Seems like they had a checklist for just about everything. She was very thorough and detailed in how I was billed. I couldn't be happier with the job and service they provided. After reviewing the properties with my landlords, I learned that I am to receive the full deposits and they were quite pleased. Extremely disappointed.. I thought these were pros and had a full house pre market prep cleaning done by them. Extremely disappointed by the outcome. A few items were prioritized like blinds and base boards and none of them were done properly. I was charged for 12 hours of cleaning and honestly don't know where they spent their time. Also, the communication style of the management rep is extremely unprofessional. This was a waste of a lot of money, definitely would not recommend it. read more

I got ripped off by this company. There were multiple emails and text messages prior to the appointment. At one point, they required a credit card before arriving (this is a huge flag as contractors should not require credit cards before agreeing on price). The estimate for a 1400 square foot house was $680. They then raised it to $750. Suddenly I get charged for $1095. The funny part is they never called to authorize the 30%+ increase from the estimate and went ahead and used the card they had on file. And considering the level of communication prior to the appointment, it felt dishonest. I've owned this house for over 12 years and moved people in & out frequently. The cost has always been $600-700 maximum. I would be careful of this company read more

The house cleaning services provided by The Magic Fairy are amazing! The cleaners aka "fairies" are very kind and do a terrific job. They immediately get to work when they arrive and they work hard the entire time. The house is so clean when they are done that you can just relax and you do not have to do any further work to make things right, like some other experiences we've had in the past. Make sure you know your priorities because depending on the amount of time you pay for only certain things can be done sometimes. It all depends on what you want done. They also offer deep cleaning, which means they'll be there more time but it will cost you more money. If you just need basic quality cleaning, then that's available too. We generally have the basic cleaning done once a month. We work directly with Ada when scheduling. She's fantastic just like her cleaners! read more

This is a review of my limited contact with this company. When I saw their BoCo "deal" for $30 an hour for housecleaning some time ago, I thought it might be a typo because it was so expensive, even as a regular price. I sent a message to the company asking politely whether $30 an hour was the regular price or the sale price. The owner sent back an angry, defensive email accusing me of harassing her and threatening to report me, whatever that means. I was stunned at how unprofessional and irrational the response was, so I never contacted the company again. Based on this experience and the high price, I would never use this company! read more

We own a rental property in Broomfield and needed it cleaned on a Saturday on very short notice. We don't live in the state so I did some googling to find a cleaner and found- Magic Fairy cleaning. Ada - one of the owners answered and gave me a loose estimate based on the info I was able to provide her with- which I accepted and made the arrangements. She then stopped by the house the day before the cleaning to give me an actual estimate - which was incredibly helpful as our tenants of 8 years had left it in a pretty miserable state and without being in the area this was not clear to me- Ada sent me 30 pictures showing the mess so I had a good idea of what state the house was in. Her help and communication with us through the day of cleaning was amazing - sending us before and after pics and updates on time. The Magic Fairy crew cleaned things that really were sort un-cleanable and made them sparkle for our new tenants. Ada was able to work with us in a tough situation and make us incredibly happy. She was highly communicative and up front about the costs and the contract. She also provided us with a move in/move out check in list that we are including with our lease. Ada's Magic Fairy Cleaning Service is FANTASTIC!!! Ada is so responsible, they were there when they said they would be. Ada confirmed the appointments ahead. We had Ada's fairies come out 2 times, once for a last minute picture taking session, just before we listed the property for sale. She made it happen! Then again, she cleaned after we moved out. If we still lived in Colorado I would use her regularly. I would not say that she is cheap, rather that her perfect cleaning is fairly priced. No corners are cut, they work very hard. In this case you really get what you pay for. The oven had 5 years of grime, all gone! The washer/dryer area was so bad the purchasers requested special attention and Ada rose to the occasion. That area is now sparkling. She provides an estimate before she begins and her list is comprehensive and the ladies complete it.
