My party was on Saturday, after I showed up at 5:15 Mercedes said she tells customers to come after 6:30pm, she had me wait because she said she needed to close the store so she can give me the tables. I took them, I called around 5 pm on Sunday (thinking it would be the same deal to drop the off) they didn't answer. It was closed. (On a side note, the day I was there, she was talking a lot of mess about her employee to another costumer in front of all the other costumers. She said some very private personal stuff about his mother's death and how he was good for nothing and he didn't help her at all. I want to run into him to tell him to quit that place!) I called on Monday and told her that wasn't given a time to drop them off so I assumed it would be the same as Friday. I worked until 8:30 pm so I would drop them off Tuesday. Tuesday morning I had a whole bunch of missed calls and a voicemail saying she was going to make a police report and report them as stolen. I called her back and told her I would drop them off on my way to work. She said "come now because I'm asthmatic and won't take them back if it starts to rain" when I dropped them I was setting them on the side walk. She said to bring them in the store because loading and unloading was not part of the service. She started to tell me that I am lucky she is not changing me for the extra days and was going to make sure they don't rent to me again. She said no rental business takes the chairs back past 5 and they always put a note on the rental agreement to bring them back before 3. I showed her the paper and there was no note nor was it ever communicated to me. At the end of the night she was taking pictures of me and my car. Then she called the next day to say chairs were missing, I told her I dropped them all off, she hung up and that was that.

Booking online was super easy, and I also booked fairly last minute, only a week before the party because we had to reschedule a few times due to some unforeseen events in our family. We ordered a small combo inflatable and some chairs. Two young men delivered that day, and they were even a bit early, about half an hour early which gave my kids extra time to bounce! I had to redirect them from the address I had provided (my home) to where we actually wanted to set up across the street, and they were easy going and very accomodating. They came to pick up maybe a little after the time we had specified, again the kids were very happy to have some extra time to jump, and they were extremely friendly and professional in all their interactions with us. Honestly, everything was easy and the kids had an absolute blast, I couldn't have asked for more.

She did story time and sang , magic tricks, a bunch of fun kid group games/activities with music on portable music device which she had technical difficulty which is understandable and perfectly fine so we helped with spotify on our cell phones. Please be on standby host parents to help carry character's belongings. For host parent, consider charging up your own Bluetooth music speaker to have ready as backup. We had food and games and she was so helpful too with gathering kids and singing happy birthday. She provided a tiara and special bracelet for the birthday girl which was perfect. All the kids and parents were so amazed and enchanted with the whole experience that parents sat and enjoyed and also filmed the experience. We had face painting and she had time for guests to take some pictures too. we loved how we could have a Disney princess come to our home. There's a small travel fee of course since we are outside of the normal area. Would highly recommend while your kids are young and still into characters.
