The SpringsHills Suites is located in Bozeman Montana. The city of Bozeman is a great place. I've…read morestayed at this hotel 8 times in the last 3 years. This location is close to the highway only a few miles from the downtown area. You're away from the crowd but close enough if you need anything. The decor and ambiance is what you would expect, outdoorsy, wooden, chic, with a medium high end vibe. The rooms are nice with a small fridge, coffee bar area, a desk that I have used and needed many mornings and nights. The hotel staff is superb. The gym is better than most. Pool and Jacuzzi is always a nice touch. The free breakfast and coffee is always a good touch. I'll be back when I come back for work and for a vacation with my family.

I arrived earlier than expected, and was pleasantly surprised that a room was available right away. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially mike, he even recommended a great local spot for lunch. The lobby was inviting and thoughtfully stocked with complementary coffee and water. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also used the gym twice during my stay, and it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, stocked with towels and water, and featured excellent equipment, a brand new peloton bike. There was also a nice indoor pool. The complementary breakfast each morning was fresh, satisfying and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything . I rented a car, I was a bit disappointed that guests are charged for parking. I do hope the hotel will consider waiving parking fees in the future. After I returned home, I noticed a charge on my bill from the hotel restaurant, a charge i hadn't made. I called the hotel, and they assured me they would look into it. Just two days later, i received a call from Ryan Bates, the assistant general manager, who personally apologized for the inconvenience and promptly issued a refund. That level of customer service truly stands out and ledt a lasting impression. All in all, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again next time im in Bozeman.

There are so many food options close by that it was hard to make decisions on where to go! We stayed here three nights over a long weekend for a friend's wedding. We were greeted by the home owner, who showed us around and told us about the house history. There is a great musical tower in the living room that you must see if you go. There is a rabbit in the yard who enjoys peanuts! Who knew? Came right up to us and took a few peanuts from our hands. The room was gorgeous and when the window was open you could easily hear the water fountain feature in the yard, which was incredibly relaxing. We hardly ever take naps, but on this stay the bed was so comfy we ended up lounging happily! We had a breakfast one of the mornings, which was so tasty - mushroom omelette with fresh fruit on the side. It was made on site by the owner and a friend of his and you could tell that care was put into making it. Overall: A+ Book in advance (they fill up quick), feed the yard rabbit, enjoy breakfast and venture around the grounds!

It is not in a new fancy building like some of the hotels, but this hotel is clean with charming character and the most responsive staff I've ever experienced, including at Ritz Carlton's and Peninsula hotels. I called the motel on the day of check in as we were running behind schedule. I was assured we were assigned a room, and would not get the last available room (sometimes that happens and the room ends up not being what was originally booked). I asked about extra blankets available at check in. Lisa, the hotelier, offered to have one put in our room before we arrived so we wouldn't have to worry about waiting for it once we checked in. Once we arrived, we were greeted as we entered the lobby. Currently, it is decorated in a Halloween theme, and very thoughtfully done. We were issued metal keys for our room....nice touch. We entered our room and weee greeted by soft classical music and a comfortable 70 degree room. The carpet is clean, laid on top of thick carpet padding...another nice touch and easy on bare feet. The bathroom is likely original to the building but was very clean. We didn't think much of the mattress until we realized our bodies didn't hurt when we woke up. We forgot our swim suits so weren't able to test the water, spa, sauna etc. They do sell swimwear in the lobby but we opted against it. The continental breakfast is worth taking advantage of, consisting of home made banana bread, which is quite tasty. Coffee, tea, milk, water (I am a water snob and I filled my travel thermos every morning and night straight from their ice machine), yogurt, oatmeal and a few other items were available for us to eat. And the infused water....Lisa makes it fresh daily and it is amazing! Don't let the age of the motel steer you away. While it was build in the late 1970's it is well kept and has a lot of charm. Lisa and her husband are wonderful people whose goal is comfort for their guests.
