I love coming to this UPS location. It's so clean and updated inside compared to other older locations. They always have at least 2 workers so the line doesn't get very long and the workers are always very kind and helpful. There's almost never a line when I go and if there is it goes by quickly. The only downside I will say is parking is kinda sucky based on the area. You might have to park further away and walk if all the close spots are taken. I highly recommend this location. read more

Small line upon entry. Quick package scan by the friendly clerk and a tracking receipt was provided. Noticed a well organized store with normal packing items for sale against the side wall across from the mini customer mailboxes. I was elated to see the USPS mail drop slot, although an optional larger USPS mail drop would be a good addition. read more

I want to give negative stars. UPS lost my package a month ago. The manager Paul hangs up on me now when I call. The only recourse is to call ups customer service in India. There is no one else besides the sweat shop in India that ups uses to "investigate" your package. Paul will still not even refund the 70 dollars spent a month ago for next day delivery. BEWARE!! IF YOU ARE SHIPPING A PACKAGE AND THEY LOSE IT ONLY A PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER IN INDIA WILL TALK TO YOU. read more

We visit this location a few times a month. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I never have to wait in a line. It an employee is helpful one customer, another employee will always jump in and offer me assistance. Every business should have such dedicated and caring employees. read more

Went into the store to pack some items to ship to a customer in Canada I was 2/4 through the process. Then customers started rolling through the door the clerk decided that he couldn't I quote "guarantee that he'll pack it today" what the hell does that mean?? I'm like why? He says customers, the ones that where piling up behind me so I understood and moved out the way and sat in a chair so they can handle the influx of customers. After it dies down I finally decide to go back up the counter to be met with laziness from both clerks claiming they need a 3rd person in the back to pack and there were only 2 customers in the store at the time... weird energy from both of them and lack of customer service where they want everything easy and my item was not a lot to pack... I'd give this place 0 stars if I could read more

Today Paul the owner was extremely nice. He was helpful and very patient with my return to Vera Bradley. it wasn't easy trying to get done with my iPad He had a lot of patience doing it. . I had to ship a package and insure it for $800.00. The package wasn't very heavy or that big but it cost nearly $40. The bill wasn't itemized in a way, so I don't know exactly how much the insurance added They offered to pack it the UPS approved way, which I declined because the item had just been shipped to my business and I packed it back up in the exact same way and packaging. So since the manufacturer felt that my package was secure, I did too. The caveat of this, I am told, is that if it breaks they won't cover it even though I insured it. So the insurance might be kind if a scam. They will, however cover it if it's "obviously crushed" or missing. So bon voyage package and safe travels! The man who accepted my package was so wonderful. He was personable, polite, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out fairly quickly with no wait. Update: package arrived good condition! read more

I rarely need a Notary so visited the local UPS store by Me, All I needed witnessed was that I had current smoke alarm. I didn't realize I started to sign but stopped when I needed a notary. The lady was so nasty I asked if she was Notary she said yes when I approached the counter she said wait I'm busy. Then she requested I get my license out when she saw my document and saw that I started to sign she said nope can't do it, no way, not me. Attitude is everything she was nasty, didn't get her name but it was a lady with long dreads, nice looking woman with a mean spirit. First time here but hopefully not my last. I had a package I needed to mail and they gave me a UPS label to ship it back and it had to be at a certain location which happened to be this one so I kind of had no choice but to go here. Sheryl greeted me immediately and asked how she could help. Upon looking at my package that I was mailing she offered to put the label in a plastic sealed cover so it wouldn't be ruined by the rain- something I didn't even think of at all. She even made she the tape on the box was secure for its travel. No one wants their items to be lost because there wasn't enough tape on the box they mailed it in! She gave me a receipt showing that I dropped off the package and she sent me on my way. Such a simple yet great customer service experience here. I don't need to stop at a UPS all that often, but if I need to, I'll be stopping at this location for sure. read more

Every time I go there after UPS says they delivered my package there I go and they don't have any record of my package and won't look for it or call UPS. This place is a nightmare. Today I was going through the Ups says you have my package and they wouldn't even look on their shelves for it. They tried to give me someone else's package. Their excuse is that they are just an access point and it's not their job to fix the problem. Except it's a really bad reflection on them and UPS. I been here several times returning packages to Amazon. I rarely see more than one attendant at the front desk. Sometimes I've come in and out, and sometimes I've waited 10-15 minutes. It may be the hours I come in; from 6-7 but I would think this is when they need the most help. The place is clean and the attendant/s are courteous and helpful, even when swamped. read more

I have been to this location several times. Usually I wait to be acknowledged. This last time I was there I need a piece of tape to tape down an end, just a small piece. The clerk told me it's $1.59. If I could rate this store with negative stars I would. The store clerk was unnecessarily rude when I went to return a box to Amazon. For Amazon prime members the return shipping fee for most items is $0 depending on which parcel service you choose to ship through. I chose UPS as in have in the past. When I walked in with the box I was told by the store clerk that because the box was oversized she had to charge me $10. I confusingly questioned the surprise charge only because Amazon said the shipping charge for returns is $0. So this lady says to me in a very sharp tone, "Yes, I charge $10. This is an oversized box and I have to move things around to get it in the room. It's called WORK". After I calmed down from her condescending comment, I politely told her, "I understand your policy on oversized boxes but your tone was very rude. It's not what you said, it was your delivery." She proceeds to tell me how people come into her establishment all the time with oversized Amazon boxes and expect her to work for free. I politely told her again, "I understand all of that, but you didn't need to be rude to me. It's all in your delivery. If you expect people to patronize your business, you have to be alot nicer.
