Now, I have yet another reason for loving them which is their customer service. The gorgeous dozen red roses delivered to me on Valentine's Day had apparently fallen over during delivery, leaving two roses broken and the arrangement a bit off. I contacted Pollard's by email soon after the delivery only to give them a heads up that they might have a problem with a delivery driver. I did not want to see their reputation ruined by a bad review from a less appreciative customer. I did not request a replacement arrangement. I was fine to leave the situation as it was. But they actually sent me out a new arrangement. I was floored by it. Still can't believe that they did that on what is probably their busiest day of the year. What a wonderful thing for them to do! Unbelievable!!! I truly hope this review helps their business. I highly recommend them. They definitely are the best florist in my area. Please try them for your floral needs.

I followed her closely before I made contact and couldn't help admiring how helpful she appeared to be, her professionalism with current brides/ wedding events, and even her own sweet love story. I found McEllis Brides online and contacted her to see if she could make the dress for me. She said she could. Let It Bloom is a fairly new business that started in 2025. There isn't a physical location for…read morethem as they travel to locations instead. They can be complemented with a business working to bring people into a business and for special events like holidays and weddings. I first heard of them and saw what they do on February 17, 2026. My first encounter with Let It Bloom was during the Bouquets & Brews Yelp event at Studly Brewing in Chesapeake. We were able to select 10 stems from what was available. There was a large assortment to choose from. It's a great concept that you can choose how the bouquet looks instead of a pre-packaged bouquets. They are available throughout the Hampton Roads area. The flowers you can choose from are of high quality. They were all beautiful. If I was able to choose one of each, I would have. After choosing all of the flowers, they would put the bouquet together in a bouquet holder. I made sure to tip them extremely well too. It's been several days now, and the flowers are still in excellent shape in a vase with water here at home. Overall, this was a great experience from Let It Bloom. I have been to other local restaurants since then and have let them know to consider looking at them as a way to entice additional visitors to their business. If you are a business owner or someone looking for something like this for a special event, they are definitely worth contacting to have such an event.
