No call back after a full week. I finally schedule service and the first service tech is unable to resolve the issue and says he will need to order parts. I get a date when they will come back and end up with a service tech that replaces the faucet and shower head and leaves me with a dripping shower faucet and a hole in the wall that I tells me I need to get an access cover with no real details. He also tells me that since they can't replace the fixtures in my bathroom sink I need to purchase a new vanity and faucet. Mind you over the several days that it took to come out the second time these items could have been ordered and at my home or ready for pick up. On the scheduled day of the third appointment I get a call as I am leaving work to get home for the service that indicates the service tech has an emergency and can't make it. On the fourth day I get several calls from scheduling about where to pick up the items I ordered and then finally requesting the order number. Two techs arrive to install the new vanity and faucet. During the install they started talking about me or another customer while in my bathroom. After all this they try to convince me that my shower faucet isn't leaking and then say if it starts to they can come back. In addition after they left I found two of my towels balled up on the floor wet and with debris in them. They never asked to use these towels for this purpose. My shower faucet is still dripping. At least I have new fixtures and a new vanity.

He was friendly (he is foreign so maybe a little direct) and well priced. Some of the other electricians I called basically just told me a flat rate for them to come over. When I wanted the new electrical panel. One guy was like 5k the other 3k without ever even coming to my home. A lot of people didn't want to do the bathroom fan job because it was too small of a job and they had to go into a crawl space to get in my attic. He did it. 3rd time was the EV charger. I didn't call anyone else. Guy is my go to for electrical work. Was going to use the person the Chevy dealership recommended. I asked him if he did EV chargers. He said he did and came a few days later to install it. Each time gave me a quote and stuck to it. Might have used him for other small jobs but those are the main 3 I remember. I would defiantly recommend. I don't normally review but find the 1 star review kind of odd. How do you know he black if you didn't use him? Or why does that even matter in a review.

On April 21, 2026, T&S came to my home to do the yearly maintenance on my furnace. While they were…read morehere, I asked them to look at a slow leak I had in the heating piping system. The tech reviewed it with me and said he would let the office know what was involved. The leak was coming from a high point vent which would require very little labor and the only material would be the high point vent itself. I spoke with Jordan from their office and she told me the estimate was for $590.00 plus tax. I made a point to say that the estimate sounded really high for what needed to be done and Jordan said there was much more material and labor involved then I was seeing. I told Jordan I would want to see exactly what was being replaced and track the labor time while the tech was here doing the repair and we scheduled the repair. May 6, 2026, the tech arrived at 12:10PM, he went to the area and confirmed that the repair was just the replacement of the high point vent itself, and he was done and back in his truck at 12:50PM. A week later I received the bill for the full $590.00 plus tax, I called and spoke with Jordan who said that I had agreed to the price when I scheduled the work, I told her that's not how I remembered it and regardless the tech was here for less than an hour and only used one small high point vent so the $590.00 plus tax was really high and I asked to speak with the owner. Jordan called me back to let me know the bill had been reduced to $230.50 plus tax which I felt more accurately reflected the work that was actually performed. Jordan made a point to say that there would be a note in my file moving forward where I would have to agree in writing with the estimate before any further work would be performed, I stated I was not happy with this and that, if the original estimate had been accurate in the first place this issue would not have happened. I again asked to speak with the owner and to date I have not heard back from anyone. Jordan was somewhat confrontational and did not in any way try to resolve the issue. I have been a customer of T&S for approximately 9 years without any issues like this before. I know they were either recently bought out or merged with another company so beware if you are having work done to make sure you fully understand the scope and advocate for yourself regarding pricing. It is a shame to have to do this as I deal with many service companies and rarely ever have issues like this. On the rare occasion there is a conflict between pricing and the actual work the other companies I deal with reevaluate the work and corresponding bill and adjust accordingly without any attitude and/or statements that I'm going to have to accept their pricing in the future whether or not I agree with it. I will be looking for other options for fuel oil, maintenance, repairs and installations in the future...

I have never heard of a company telling anyone that they are unable to provide a quote for which they came out over three weeks ago and looked at the job and they're unable to give us a quote because they're too busy. In the end I'm glad that they denied us the quote because I would hate to see if it was emergent situation how that would play out. Word of advice; do not deal with this company

But if somebody does a great job, then who cares if he was a little late on a Saturday morning? This guy did a great job. Honest contractors are getting harder and harder to find these days, and that's the quality that jumped out at me about Nunzio. He was extremely reasonable on the price, and he gave me an estimate on upgrading the service to my home that was significantly less than what I had heard from another service provider. And on our current project (ha ha... current... love that electrical humor), he was able to figure out a solution we hadn't even thought of. Everything seemed OK, till he began getting ready to move in. Extremely weird electrical issues were occurring. Ex: turn on a switch in downstairs living room and both living room AND upstairs bedroom lights go on! However the bedroom switch seemed to work correctly. Another issue, watch TV in basement, ring doorbell, TV looses power and then comes back on in a few seconds! AND plug in a lamp, seems OK but plug in a 2nd lamp, the first goes off! VERY strange goings on!!! We called Nunzio Cimino, because we had heard he is a wizzard at weird issues. Nunzio was very methodical, taught us what we asked about, and in a few hours had the house running perfectly as it should (missing ground and neutrals in many rooms).
