And when I say clipping, I mean she proceeded to carve every single toenail into a sharp little inverted V. Each time she made another slash, she'd ask, "Does that hurt?" Yes. But apparently I was committed to the experience, so I kept telling myself, *I can do this.* Then came the Dremel. Now, I am a **regular polish girl**. I started to be concerned when I saw that they were preparing for my manicure and pedicure before my massage as I was worried that if I get my nails done before the massage, they would be ruined. I called the front of house over to voice my concern and he assured me that they would do my manicure + pedicure first, then massage, then OPI polish at the end. During the pedicure, she cut the cuticles too short and it was quite painful. I saw that she started to apply the polish as well! I didn't bother to stop her as I had already voiced my concern. After finishing the manicure and pedicure completely, she went to massage my hand and fingers and ruined my manicure... She apologized and fixed the manicure after the massage was finished. At the end, I am very disappointed with the manicure. The whole experience took 3 hours when it should have been 2. The polish was applied too thick, bubbled, didn't dry properly and is already ruined (not even 2 hours later.) The pedicure also did not include proper callus scraping.
