I called Wednesday morning and asked to speak with a manager. The woman who answered the phone stated that she was a manager, and I asked her about the release. She told me to be in line when the store opens, and that the release was first-come, first-serve. I did just that, as did others who were apparently given the same information. When it opened, the MOD told us that none was available, and when we told him what we were told, he laughed at us and told us "there was no way she would say that," essentially accusing us of lying. I told him that I wasn't lying, nor was anyone else, and that I'd never shop here again. Accuse customers of lying and then laugh at them after they've waited in the rain for 30 minutes? Insult to injury, and classless. I've been a frequent customer of this place despite the fact that they overcharge, but I will never shop here again. Horrible organization, management, and customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

All I have heard is that the new owners are called "Hat and Stick," a more interactive and sports bar type establishment. I believe there will be than more than one place to eat there in the future.
