The selection is not as big as some of the other grocery store that I have been to here though. I also noticed that a lot of their items did not have prices marked on them. They have meats, alcohol, fruit, drinks, breakfast food, and everything in between. I did not however, see a bakery or pharmacy. I just stopped in here to get some quick snacks to hold me between my restaurant visits. I probably would not do my major grocery shopping here though, as Plaza Extra has slightly lower prices, larger selection, and larger quantities. As most reviewers noted, this place is a bit cleaner and organized than the other places, but I can bear it to save a few bucks. The staff was not mean, nor were they over friendly. They did their jobs. They would tell you where something was, if you asked, but they were not very engaging or welcoming. They were all business. It is a decent place to get some quick items, if you are in the area, but if you have time you may want to comparative shop and see where you can find the best deals.

I asked the cashier if I could go and just grab a new loaf, she said that's fine, I did. EVERY SINGLE loaf was bad. Every rack, flavor, the farther down the older they got. I was just appalled. Some bags were opened, or ripped and still sitting aligned in the totes to be sold. We didn't end up getting any of the loafs, obviously. So they got about $3 for free and about 12 racks of months old bread! Just be aware for travelers coming. We had a great experience in Red Hook at Moe's, would definitely recommend them!!
