Stayed here during my time in London and overall would say that it is very clean and professional. The only complaint I may have is that the walls are thin- you can hear when anyone walks/talks in the lobby passing your room clearly anddd you can hear everything happening in the street. Unfortunately, there was construction or something during my visit, so I heard constant ruckus in the mornings. The rooms are quite small and tight, but it is my presumption that most things will be tight from everything I've seen in the area. It is still good enough with all the amenities you may need. The staff is amazing- everyone is extra nice and accommodating. For our last night, we snacked and grabbed drinks in the lobby bar and it was a great experience. The area has plenty of coffee shops to grab your morning coffee or brekkie!

Nice pool and gym in basement. Free for guest use. Pool was never too crowded. Although it was a bit cold in the water, the air was warm, and there was a hot sauna or steam room right next to the pool. Ahhhhhh. Great for stretching out and swimming laps. Free wifi woo-hoo! Kind and attentive staff. Excellent manager. Nice touches with service. Herbal tea sent up near bedtime. Fruit and chocolate in room. Free bottles of water at bedtime. Attention paid to the type of room I needed. Quiet. Three chairs a desk and small table. Queen bed. Room for improvement. My mattress seemed a little soft...could use a new mattress. But I always woke without any backache! Maybe I'm just not used to a non-pillow top mattress. Down pillows or regular. Nice. Doorman and concierge helpful. Feels friendly & attentive and has a more personal touch than the bigger chains. The staff seems to know our name, even the doorman. I booked a deluxe room which is bigger than standard. Requested higher floor and got 6th floor. Liked our quiet cozy room. Very quiet room. No noise from hallway! At night can't hear any traffic. Room was big enough for our comfort. If you like a huge room this isn't it. Bathroom was a comfortable size although not large certainly big enough. Medium size bathroom. Shower nice although situated over a narrow tub I feel regretful about checking out of the Marylebone which is my ultimate sign of a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely room service options, great comfortable rooms with AC and minibar. Gym is first class - and spa available also. Price isn't bad for location at all. My only issue is the bathrooms are tiny. Not in the suites I'm assuming, but the standard room....I think I could have a poo, brush my teeth and shower all at once. Not that I'd want to. But the option is there. Beds and TVs are great - and you're so close to so many great bits of london, you won't have time to relax in the matchbox bath anyway.

A view out from their seventh floor.

I recently stayed here on business travel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff is remarkably courteous and attentive, going out of their way on details like remembering your name. Every request I had was quickly fulfilled, the room was very comfortable, and even the internet connection I was provided was above par. Highly suggest this hotel for your next trip if you are considering staying in the Marylebone area.

I chose the traditional afternoon tea. It was actually more affordable than I was expecting. Most of the food and the tea were all amazing. The chocolate cake served last was probably the least impressive part of the afternoon tea. Our waiter seemed nervous. But he went out of his way to offer to pack our leftover food and jam at the end of our meal. Our surroundings were beautiful and the pianist played so many recognizable songs flawlessly.

And I LOVE how they would make the effort to remember our faces and names. The accommodations were pretty wonderful too! We ADORED the hotel's breakfast. Included with our stay for breakfast was access to the buffet along with an entree off the menu. It was SO much food! The buffet alone was enough for a meal and it had so many options including fresh fruit, pastries, juice, smoothies, meats and cheese, etc. BREAKFAST WAS HEAVEN. I also really enjoyed the gym! Plenty of equipment. Upon arrival, they brought up chocolates and fruits. The chocolates were AMAZING. They also refilled our fruits and water in the room when the room would get cleaned. It was all the little things that made this place very special. We even stopped by the hotel pub (The Wigmore) which was great too and spotted a celebrity (Gerard Butler!) We had afternoon tea here as well and it was such a memorable experience. Truly a wonderful hotel and I'd highly recommend to anyone! You will feel so fancy if you are lucky enough to book a stay here :)

The other options are the Champagne Afternoon Tea (£110 per person), the Rosé Champagne Afternoon Tea (£125 per person), and the Seasonal Afternoon Tea (£125 per person). The sandwiches were nothing to write home about, but the scones were phenomenal (the best we had during our entire trip). I was too full to try the pastries, but they kindly packaged them for take-away. They also gave us an extra pastry for my mom's birthday, which was greatly appreciated. As expected, they had a wide variety of teas. I'm no tea connoisseur, so it's hard for me to comment much other than to say that I really enjoyed the two I tried. The service was excellent, and the interior was beautiful (and made even better by the live music). This was the only afternoon tea experience I had while in England, but I can't imagine it getting much better. Worth a visit!

This is absolutely not an accidental "let's just grab a quick drink" kind of place. You're committing financially the second you sit down. But the second the service starts, you kind of get it. Everything felt effortless in that very polished London luxury way. My gin martini was perfect. Not "good." Perfect. Cold, balanced, exactly what you want a martini to taste like when you're paying Claridge's prices. We also had champagne and just sat there for a while soaking it all in. The whole experience felt like a masterclass in hospitality. Also, and I need to mention this because it genuinely made an impression on me: they might have the nicest bathrooms I've ever used in my life. Truly. Painful for the wallet. Fantastic for the soul.

It would have to be something celebratory like my anniversary as it's roughly $700 US per night for a standard room. Went here for high tea in their winter garden and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than our time and they welcomed us in which was really nice. We were seated and we enjoyed their several teas, filled up on pastries and scones. Chai was my favorite and same with their house blend. It came out to about $240 US for the both of us, which was one of the cheaper options compared to other high tea locations. Just be aware of the 2 hour time slot. After your 2 hours are up, they will relocate you to another part of the hotel to continue your tea.

And we all very much enjoyed the sandwiches and desserts. Two of us enjoyed all of this elections immensely, and the other two with us weren't fans of the entire selection. There was a wide selection of tea and coffee, too. So that is Very enjoyable. The service is excellent and very friendly. And The Landmark itself is a historic building with great architectural features. Very beautiful. And the doormen were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Don't worry about the price. How often will you get to do High Tea at The Landmark? I strongly recommend it.

The rooms can be a bit small and there is very little room to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The large bowl-shaped sink takes up most of the counter so you are forced to squeeze in your stuff uber and around the bowl. Sadly, the faucet BARELY makes it over the edge of the bowl so when you wash your hands, water goes everywhere and ends up spreading around the counter and gets your toiletries wet! Ugh!! That one detail is definitely not up to the normal Hotel Indigo standard in my opinion. Whoever designed the bathroom should never be hired again! This should be a 3 star review based on that. But.... The saving grace was the front desk and the maintenance guy. We quickly discovered that our safe didn't work. The front desk got the maintenance guy to our room quickly and he reset it. When we were ready to leave, it failed again so they summoned the maintenance guy again. He reset it but it failed again. So he proceeded to replace the safe. Those things are HEAVY!!! The poor guy had to lug it up from downstairs, unbox it, take out the old one, install the new one and then lug the old one back downstairs!! This guy was sweating profusely but handled everything so professionally. So kudos to him and the front desk for making this happen so quickly, thus the 4 stars!!
