When I went to checkout the the associate assigned to a register was wondering off to find a size for a woman on the display but not available. Great customer service BUT not when the lines are long as it is. They need some of other members of the staff to be handling those to keep the flow for checkout. I cant just blame this store though as this is one of the downfall of my Kohls experience and it has happened even prior to COVID. I told her that I was looking for a stylist, and she immediately said that she would be happy to help me. Everyone supported one another. Opinions were honest and uplifting, whether it was Carol, her staff, or the other customers. When I asked if I could donate it to an animal rescue, for use in a fundraiser, she told me that she would give me a second item, so that I could donate one and keep the other.
