They ask when policy like to be start, of course, continue with when old policy ended, so there would be no gap in between, I even send them copy of my old policy with their request. A week later declaration of policy come - with 4 days earlier than old policy end. So, I call them pointed out mistake, sure they said they will take care it, no way, not only I have to call time to time to check progress, 2 month later solution is cancelling the one with wrong date and start new policy and I need to pay extra for 4 days of difference. What a drag, they purposely drag the time to respond so make you stay on, not to cancels policy even they know the mistake was made. I have to be the one pays the problem you created by your carelessness, what a sham, Way they handle the mistake totally shows how they care about their client. How if when time comes really needs to claim through policy, you are doom, cos they don't give dame. You can skip this company, plenty other companies doing much better job then they do.
