But their service didn't stop at selling us a home insurance -- about 9 months later, they called and alerted us that All State was issuing contracts in my area, and the policies were better than what we had, including price. I was surprised and grateful that they would take the initiative to serve their customers by looking out for their benefits! We then also transferred our auto insurance over to CST in one big bundle. Ever since then, there were occasions when we needed to change car titles, add a car, take out a car... every time, they would respond right the way with very clear communications and documentations. This is one terrible insurance company, all they care is get…read moreyou on their plan. They put couldn't even fix they own mistake. They ask when policy like to be start, of course, continue with when old policy ended, so there would be no gap in between, I even send them copy of my old policy with their request. A week later declaration of policy come - with 4 days earlier than old policy end. So, I call them pointed out mistake, sure they said they will take care it, no way, not only I have to call time to time to check progress, 2 month later solution is cancelling the one with wrong date and start new policy and I need to pay extra for 4 days of difference. What a drag, they purposely drag the time to respond so make you stay on, not to cancels policy even they know the mistake was made. I have to be the one pays the problem you created by your carelessness, what a sham, Way they handle the mistake totally shows how they care about their client. How if when time comes really needs to claim through policy, you are doom, cos they don't give dame. You can skip this company, plenty other companies doing much better job then they do.

Anyways, Today another person called to ask for the phone number of the witness. Over the phone, this person said "we know you gave all the information to Lanni Wong already but can you give it to me again" so I gave her the name and phone number to the witness of the car accident and then she said "Now can you e-mail me the photos"??? This is when I begin to get irritated because this person knows that I already sent all the asked information to Lanni Wong so she could have just got this information from Lanni Wong. Staying calm I told this lady "I already sent the photos to Lanni Wong can't you just get it from her. Please do your job" (said very calmly) Remember my voice was very calm and I never raised my voice over the phone. So, instead of saying "Yes, I will get it from Lanni Wong" this lady goes on a rant telling me that "Oh, I just got this information and is it so hard for you to just email me the photos. I am just trying to help you out.....blah blah blah Please State Farm train your agents to forward the information to the correct people and if they already know where to get the pictures that they know were already emailed to Lanni Wong to please just get the pictures from Lanni Wong. Lanni Wong is great. Again, Lanni Wong was very helpful. On the other hand, this person who called this morning is unprofessional. Please State Farm and "Do your job and train your agents better" (said in a very calm voice)
