Very shady business. The owner is aggressive and changes his mind a lot. He kept saying things that…read moredidn't make sense, like he sells the couch we wanted for 3000+, but offered to us for 2100 because the guy he gets his merchandise from owed him money? Eventually he pressured us into buying it, saying he would raise the price if we didn't make a deposit on the spot. It arrived the wrong shape and didn't fit our living room. We decided to swallow the hefty return fee and send it back. He refused. At one point he even tried to take the couch and keep our money. Then he threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay the delivery fee. Eventually he agreed to honor the return and said he would come back. Turns out he was just trying to get rid of us. He called back to say I'd have to take him to court or leave him alone. I should have trusted my gut and stayed away. So should you.

Garry is very detailed oriented and ensured he answered all of our questions regarding our selection. He made the process very smooth to purchase, by outline the pricing clearly without confusion. Their financing is great, and we're overall very happy we stopped by. Gary was also very kind to our little one we had in tow. I recommend this location for anyone shopping for a mattress! There were four workers sitting there, playing on their phone and also walking around, purposely walking away from me as I got close. I finally got to ask someone for some help and realized I don't want them to earn commission if they do earn any. Maybe I'll purchase online, but that was a horrible experience last time as well. I don't understand how people are paid to sit around and do nothing.
