Patrick sold me a mattress 4 years ago it is a curve 12" prime twin and it is a great mattress however it has sagged in the middle so now he has offered to get it replaced for the amount I had paid for it. Update. I ended up returning the mattress and I was so surprised how Joesph handle it! He ensure me again what to expect when receiving a new mattress and also listen to my concerns. He made sure I tested every mattress to picking a new one so i wouldn't need to come back. I took my grandma to Mattess Firm and worked with Garry to get her all set up. Initially, Garry told us free delivery and removal of her old mattress. Then once we were sitting at his desk all of a sudden it wasn't free (deduct a star). My grandma had her delivery scheduled and said they were very communicative and timely with delivery. However, they did not take her mattress and box springs as promised. They told her it was because of pet damage. Even though we had told Garry about her menacing cat which was why we were looking for a new one. My grandma of course went into further detail with added stories about her cat, so it was very clear. Not once was it told to us that they wouldn't be able to take it, in fact it was promised they would (deduct another star). Lastly, the delivery people only gave my grandma 3 legs for the new base and not 4. She called to let them know and their solution was to tell a woman in her 80s that she needed to come to them to get the leg... instead of them dropping off the materials they failed to deliver in the first place (deduct a star). Overall, customer service was okay but it was clear promises were not kept and they went back on their word. Which is not a good business practice or ethics. read more

After researching all available options on amazon and internet sources, and visiting 4-5 retail stores, I had difficulty finding the right size mattress at the right price. Some foam mattresses were low cost with high shipping costs. Most retail stores were too high priced for my budget. I was in the shopping center in Menifee so I went into this Mattress Firm retail store. I was just looking Joe was very knowledgeable and honest and friendly. He gave me options to choose from. A very low priced option, a very high priced option, and a very affordable option for a really high quality sleepy curve, that was close to the size I wanted. I felt comfortable on the sleepy curve foam, after he encouraged me to lay on it as long as I needed to. I did purchase a sleepy curve mattress at a fantastic price And Joe even assisted me by carrying it and loading it into my car. That is excellent customer service I also asked for a Senior citizens discount hey every penny saved today is a penny earned !!! I highly recommend that if you need a new mattress go over and see Joe !!! You won't be disappointed BTW I slept like a baby first night on the bed !!! My back pain went away too really!!! I popped in with my mother on April 12th to get an idea of what full sized mattresses were going for, for our teen daughters room. I was warmly greeted by a male employee (his name escapes me but I'll update when I have a chance to look at my paperwork). He was very informative and helpful. He pulled a few sample mattresses down for me to try out. I wasn't ready to buy but told him I would return. My husband and I returned a couple of days later and were able to work with the same male employee. Again, outstanding customer service!! Had to update a previous 5 stars review. Matt was great, so were the other floor reps so that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. But everything after the sale was terrible. First it took a while for delivery. Then the truck broke down on first try. On the second try the delivery people talked me out of taking the mattress because the base on our bed set "wouldn't be strong enough" and they were "concerned about safety". We had already explained our set up to Matt and he said it was it was fine. Third try for delivery was today and the mattresses looked like they had been run over by a truck. And the boxes for the adjustable base were all kinds of beat up. So we refused delivery. The dirt on the mattress probably would have voided the warranty before it ever got in to my house. Had to cancel the order and take my business elsewhere. read more

I had the most amazing experience in this store I would've given them 5 stars but I just saw a picture that read "home of the free adjustable base" and I paid A LOT more than free . We were here probably about 2 to 3 hours and it surly didn't feel that way. The salesman helped us find the best mattress for us. We ordered tHe wrong size bed (thanks to the store we got the actual bed from) and they picked up the mattress and brought the correct size without charging us. They were courteous and even though I spent WAAAAAY more than I ever intended to I feel like it was a good purchase... I will just be riding on my bed to work lol. I purchased a mattress 2 years ago and now it has a 3 inch deep divot that should be covered by the warrant, it's defective! Because I didn't purchase the box springs from them they will not honor the warranty. A box spring is the same no matter where you buy it and they were brand new as well! I showed them the dates of purchase Forget trying to get customer service or a live body on the phone! Although the sales staff In the store were good I will no longer do business with a company that does not honor their commitments! They claim customer service is very important to them... another let down! They would rather risk loss of business, a tarnished reputation and bad reviews than replace a 800 mattress! Very Disappointing Experience! It was our second time buying a mattress for our son's room. The first time we did, we had no problems and we got to take the mattress the same day we purchased it. On Friday 09/ 27, we went again to buy a bigger mattress for our son's bed. The lady who helped us out told us rhat the they were having good "SALE" prices which we asked for a Twin mattress and she said it was $99 dlls+ tax so we thought it was a good price. When we went to the counter, the guy tried to charge us $178.51 for the mattress and we said NO, that is NOT the price she gave us. We told him what the sales person price was, he made a phone call and we got it for the $99bucks plus tax. So we did all the paperwork and the guy who took our order said they would have the warehouse deliver it to the the following Tuesday (10/02) ready for us to pick it up around 10:00am and no later than 3:00pm so we thought it was no big deal even though we needed the mattress since we had given away our son's mattress already. Tuesday 10/02, we called around noon to see if we could pick it up after picking up our son from school and the lady that answered the phone said that the mattress never got delivered from the warehouse but she would call us again. The day passed by and I called them on Wednesday (since she never called back). She said: Well, the mattress is not here and I had told your husband it will be delivered NEXT TUESDAY (10/10), I said NO! I bought it because I need it! So after a conversation with the lady, my husband and I ended up driving and PICKING UP THE MATTRESS IN COLTON!!! We are NOT buying from them EVER AGAIN! read more
