The armrests "deflated" fairly quickly and all of the corners and a seam rubbed through in areas that don't even have traffic. They looked trashy after 3 years and they use fine print to say tough luck. The five year warranty is useless and their service department came out quickly to tell us they don't cover it and we shouldn't be rubbing on it. We don't even sit in the loveseats often. I would expect furniture to last longer than 3 years or at least a warranty to cover poor quality manufacturing.

Paid extra for new boxsprings to be set up and take away our old boxsprings. Great, easy peasy, so I thought. Delivery comes and delivery guys say the boxsprings don't fit after they have pulled our bed apart, they're too big. Jensen- you ordered the wrong size when you had the previous size mattress right in front of you on your tablet. Wait there's more, It gets even better! I come home and my husband says the front door was left wide open by these delivery guys when they left, he was upstairs when they left and he wasn't happy when he went downstairs and found our front door wide open. Who leaves a customers front door wide open when they leave-Mattress Firm delivery guys do! Then I go upstairs to our bedroom and I can't believe they didn't put our bed back together, mattress is on its side, old boxsprings are standing against the wall, they left our bed torn apart, a complete mess. If my husband and son weren't home this night I would have never been able to put the bed back together by myself. We decided to cancel the entire order and will buy new box springs somewhere else. The way our bedroom was left did it for me, not what I expected when I got home from a long day. Complete waste of time! Tanner was great on the phone and refunded the entire amount! Penny's phone call went a long way to make my concerns feel heard, understood and resolved. While I did encounter some setbacks from my initial shopping experience, after talking to Penny I will be giving Mattress Firm another chance the next I need a new mattress. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. When we arrived the floor sales woman Deb approached us and our adventure began. Deb was phenomenal, she was thorough and walked us through the make of each purple mattress, what makes them unique, why they're popular, how they wear, even feedback from other purple owners. In the end my wife and I adored Deb and the purple mattress and we left that day with a new mattress and an adjustable base (you have to get one! It's changed how we sleep). Deb is the best and I hope her bosses recognize her because if not I'll offer her a job with my team! (She also ensured that our mattress was worth it for us!
