There's no pressure to buy here and they don't try to upsell you. In fact, the sales guy showed us the lowest priced mattresses first, all of which I knew wouldn't meet the needs of our son. The only negative for this chain is that they don't deliver your mattress and so they don't pick up your old one. But on the other hand, that's how they keep costs down. My wife and I will be buying a new mattress for ourselves within the next couple of weeks, and we're heading right back here.

They looked trashy after 3 years and they use fine print to say tough luck. The five year warranty is useless and their service department came out quickly to tell us they don't cover it and we shouldn't be rubbing on it. We don't even sit in the loveseats often. I would expect furniture to last longer than 3 years or at least a warranty to cover poor quality manufacturing.

Paid extra for new boxsprings to be set up and take away our old boxsprings. Great, easy peasy, so I thought. Delivery comes and delivery guys say the boxsprings don't fit after they have pulled our bed apart, they're too big. Jensen- you ordered the wrong size when you had the previous size mattress right in front of you on your tablet. Wait there's more, It gets even better! I come home and my husband says the front door was left wide open by these delivery guys when they left, he was upstairs when they left and he wasn't happy when he went downstairs and found our front door wide open. Who leaves a customers front door wide open when they leave-Mattress Firm delivery guys do! Then I go upstairs to our bedroom and I can't believe they didn't put our bed back together, mattress is on its side, old boxsprings are standing against the wall, they left our bed torn apart, a complete mess. If my husband and son weren't home this night I would have never been able to put the bed back together by myself. We decided to cancel the entire order and will buy new box springs somewhere else. While I did encounter some setbacks from my initial shopping experience, after talking to Penny I will be giving Mattress Firm another chance the next I need a new mattress. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new.
