When I threatened to cancel sale on my visa unless adjustable frame was delivered the next day, I would never refer anyone I know to purchase anything from this company ever.

I walk with a cane and was pleased to discover I could park directly in front of the entrance. It took 6 or 8 steps from the car to the store. Sweet! Once there, Ross asked us what we wanted; what type of bed (inner spring mattress and box, king size) and what firmness (very firm, but not so firm that it doesn't move at all when you sit or lie on it.) He led us to the perfect mattress right away. It took some coaxing to persuade my dignified spouse to actually lie down on the bed, but once he did, we were both sold. To be on the safe side, Ross also had us try out the next one in line, just a teeny bit softer, but no. The first one was it. I was so happy that I almost forgot to ask the price! It was a smallish discount, but the cost was about what I had expected to pay. Better still, we were able to get it delivered on Sunday, so it was just a short wait; I had expected it to be weeks away. He mentioned the warranty at checkout and we declined; he didn't push. Mentioned a sale on mattress covers; we had just bought one, and again, no pressure. Once we were home, he sent me a text requesting a five star review on Yelp. I wasn't ready yet. I wanted my mattresses first, so we could see what kind of shape they were in; we've been burned in the past, with the bed we ordered for one of our kids (from a different store) being damaged during the delivery, but this time there was no problem. The night before, we moved everything out of the path where the delivery people would need to walk. We took the pictures and mirrors off the walls, picked up the dog's toys and anything else they could trip over, and that morning, we made sure to strip the bedding off our old mattress before they arrived so they could take it away. They were quick and they were polite. A big relief! We've slept on this bed for a month now, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this store for anyone in search of new mattresses.

Rather than mention their lack of return policy, the rep just assured me that I shouldn't be worried, took payment, and sent me out the door. When the mattress turned out to be too small, I returned 24 hours later with a completely unused mattress and got stonewalled. But don't worry.. the next rep offered to sell me a brand new mattress to go with the one I couldn't use. I will never be back. Period.

We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. I saw their split box spring ad sale on Craig's List and called them right away…read more I've been in a huge pinch for good quality split box spring (designed for a fancy foam pedic mattress). We brought a new townhouse-style house: tall and narrow hallways, making it impossible for our queen size box spring to fit up the stairs to the master suite...so we slept on the ground...hence why it was such a miracle we found these spilt box babies on Craig's List. There were selling split ones online on Amazon for $161-180 dollars (with free shipping) but they would take longer process time and the quality didn't look that good. Furniture Town were selling the king and queen box springs for $199 marked down to $149 + 50 dollars of shipping (from Burien to Haller Lake - veryyyy reasonable shipping!). So I chose their delivery option. They arrived on time the very next day, brought it inside too. Prompt. Their English is a bit hazy but they do quick work. The box springs itself is sturdy enough and fits our queen size bed frame perfectly. Let's see how the split boxes hold up with time! Suprisingly - the covers of the box springs are great quality: thick, nicely stitched, and padded! I thought it would be just cheap fabric but it feels really nice! SO thanks to them, we can finally sleep on an actual bed tonight. What a miracle!!!

I was quoted one price and then at the end, after giving all my data, I was given another price of $1200 higher. If this isn't a classic bait and switch, I don't know what is. After calling to talk to the manager, to give feedback, I was told she didn't notice that it was only the starting range and it was a mistake (we were both on their website). I said anyone can tell the difference between a starting price and the actual by clicking the actual size of the mattress. Then, I was hung up on - by the manager. The level of professionalism here is deeply disappointing. I would never shop here.
