Bingo night has become a joke. They started giving good prizes at first. Then the prize qualifies dropped, from giving electronics to a sewed pot warmer. Then I won the grand prize, which you had to blackout your bingo card. I finally one, but someone else won too. Two blackout winners and only one person gets the prize. A tv at the time. And people playing extra cards , regardless of how many win the blackout, everyone should come out with a prize. And not the feeling of being a winner and being a loser at the same time. It's ahite, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The decode and vibe is ok, it's a favorite for all of the petroleum workers in the area. My entree was ok, went with a redfish with rice and asparagus. The stems were great, the rice was unflavorful. The redfish was over cooked but it ate. I hear that the place shines best for brunch on the weekend. It's one of those places where I ain't gonna raise a fuss if I'm not opening my own wallet (for lunch) but it wouldn't be my first choice for lunch. I stopped in here for lunch with a friend on a Tuesday. There were still plenty of available tables even though they were busy. I ordered the Pulled Pork Nachos. I was surprised to see them served in a bowl. I've never seen them served that way and that's probably explained by the fact that the entire bottom level of chips had absolutely zero toppings on them. Also, the chips were the most flimsy, brittle, weak chips I've ever seen used for nachos before. They were so weak, no matter how careful I tried to be even the clean, dry-as-a-bone ones from the bottom were too weak to use to dip into the Crawfish Queso Appetizer my friend ordered without breaking. The Crawfish Queso was super thick, creamy and delicious and I would order it again. Even though the toppings including the pork and cheese were tasty on the nachos, I would not order them again and if any other item on the menu used the same chips for dipping into any dip, I wouldn't order that item either. I would go back, but I would try one of the burgers next time - my friend's burger looked super tasty and she said the fries are delicious. read more

I had such high hopes for this place but oh well. It is beautiful both inside and out and they have a decent menu. This had to be one of the worst server experiences I had in recent times. No one waited on us after we were seated for the longest. After the table next to us (large party) were fully served, she glanced and caught one of our stares and played surprised that no one waited on us yet, so she would oblige us and wait on us. C'mon, we know you were our waitress and forgot about us!! The server; however, was very nice and apologetic. So after he brought our food, he asked if we needed anything else and we said silverware. While we were waiting for that, she was at the next table and looked at us, I suppose just sitting there not eating and loudly said, "y'all need something?" We if you had bothered to bring us silverware in the first place we wouldn't be sitting there looking dumb. I tipped the minimum in hopes the server gets something. As far as the food, I got the Shrimp and grits with the sauce on the side. I didn't like the grits at all, neither did my husband. The sauce and shrimp were good. I have eaten here 3 times and each time is the same. I really want a good experience here with my family. All three different server were awful, lazy, not proactive, and forgetful. The bar keep is even worse. The cocktails each time were served almost the end of our dinner. Meanwhile the restaurant has been very slow at all 3 times I have eaten here. The cocktails taste awful as well and our entrées. The only thing that was edible was the oysters, crab cakes and the shrimp platter. On each trip only one plate was prepared correctly. I normally take photos, but each time was horrific I was not in a photo mood. *I really think this restaurant needs a better front of house manager. read more

Food was absolutely amazing. Quickly got sat once we arrived. We started with the charbroiled oysters which were divine! Perfectly seasoned with a little kick to it. For main entree we had the redfish and catfish which both were delicious! Waitress was nice and quick. Didnt have to wait at all. For being recently opened they truly excelled at their service. It is definetely not a a place for a romantic date because its super bright and has tvs everywhere. More of a sports bar but i think menu is a tad overpriced for the ambience it serves. Also it has no cocktail or drink menu. Super kid friendly as well, so if your planning on a evening with kiddos they are certainly welcome there. read more

The crawfish grilled cheese, fried pickles, and mozzarella logs are some of my favorites, so far. Their French fries are unique and delicious, also. My husband had the Louisiana egg rolls, fried shrimp po-boy, seafood pasta, and the Max fries. Everything we have had has been hot, fresh, and delicious! Their team is doing a great job! My daughter took us there for dinner. We had fried catfish, chicken tenders and fried shrinp. We also tried a milk shake. The food was good. I enjoyed the hush puppies served as a garnish on my friends plates. The restaurant overlooks the golf course. A pleasant afternoon and good food. Our server was fast and efficient. It was relaxing to sit and look over the golf course from the second floor restaurant with a huge screen porch. Their take on shrimp and grits Was very different and in lots of barbecue, instead of roux, and was not my favorite. But overall it was a good experience I would just order something else. Stopped in after a round of golf. Decent wine selection. Coldest beer in town. Started off with the boudin egg rolls which were delicious. The charbroiled oysters were great! Redfish on the half shell was very good as well. The gumbo was pretty decent, not something I'd order again though. We sat at the bar so service was quick and bartender was really attentive and had great suggestions. It was a Sunday evening so there were very few people in the restaurant. My husband picks up food to-go for us often. I cannot remember anything we did not like. Favorite appetizers: Mozzarella Logs (almost taste like the homemade one! Excellent.), Egg Rolls. Emily has a very warm and welcoming personality. I'm excited to return here om my next visit from Dallas to try more food. Emily was very patient and thorough as I asked about the menu and gave great recommendations. The food was 10/10 For the portions and food quality, the pricing was perfect. The atmosphere is what I would call casual yet class. There is sufficient spacing being parties and the high ceilings allow the flow of conversation and music to ascend upward, not over powering or drowning your neighboring patrons. The food is amazing the pro shop guys kinda suck just the idea of the putter and driver I was looking at for my set they didn't say a single word too not even if you need something let me know.me leaving me to assume it's was cause they flat out ignored me as a customer. In my personal opinion if I'm about to spend 400+ maybe speak to me or did you not see me in the 20 by 15 foot space you work in where the only way to miss me is if I crawled in there!!!! I will never purchase a club from this establishment due to the utter lack of treatment maybe switch those guys out. What a waste of over $40.00! It was my son's birthday and I order 2 orders of the 8oz. top sirloin med well. Asked if we could sub the house salad for the mixed veggies that comes with the full dinner, was told we could. When I got home with the orders it had the veggies instead of the salad, also the steaks were cooked looked to be med rare and not real tender either. When looking at my receipt, was also charged $2.00 for the veggies that comes with the dinner!! Not really happy with my experience at the Max. read more
