It's a small locally owned and operated bar and grill catering to the locals, but out-of-towners such as myself are always welcome. I visit during happy hours (4:00PM - 8:00PM) and take advantage of the $2.00 bottle beers (12 oz) and the 1/2 priced burgers on Tuesday's and the .75 wings on Wednesday's. On these days and times, the bar in not crowded and it gives me an opportunity to relax and un wine after a long day in the office sitting behind a desk. On occasions, I visit on a Thursday when there is a live DJ, but this place can get very busy as Thursdays seems to cater to the younger crowd. I always feel safe at this spot, and I never worry about trouble or the crowd getting out rowdy of control. The service is on the slower side, but the customer service is awesome due to only having one POS. I highly recommend they install another one to speed up the service. Now the food. I've had the opportunity to taste the wings, the M burger with fries, and the Firecracker shrimp. Everything is cooked to order, well-seasoned, and delicious. The M Burger comes with a custom blend perfectly seasoned patty that covers the entire bun, M bar sauce, white cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, and purple onions, and served with hot Cajun seasoned fries. SO GOOD, I order one every Tuesday. After all, where else can I get a good made to order burger and fries for $6.10 plus tax. The wings come in a variety of flavors. They are perfectly cooked to order and no matter what sauce you put on them, they are delicious. They are however, on the small side, but I can't complain, they are very good and at .75 per wing on Wednesday's, you cannot go wrong when paired with $2.00 Bud Light. The Firecracker Shrimp I love me some shrimp and these are to die for. A little pricy for 6 shrimps, but the shrimps are large, lightly battered and fried to perfection, and served with the M Bar's spicy sauce. I believe in supporting small minority owned businesses. Providing them with the opportunity to grow by spending my dollars with them means a lot. But if you're looking for a quite little place to hang out without the large crowds, give the M Bar a try. They even have a nice patio area to hang out on.

Our server, Gage, was a prime example and reflection of the care going into this place. Gage was so sweet and took very good care of us. Now for the food. Everything was so flavorful and worth every penny. The kitchen staff knows what they're doing, and they are killing the game. We started off with the pork belly bites and the shrimp toast for appetizers. That spicy aioli mixed with the chili glaze on the pork belly was top tier! The shrimp toast was perfectly crispy and delicious. The entrees were just as much of a slam dunk as the appetizers. I had the beer braised beef short rib with the mashed potatoes. Talk about melt in your mouth. The short rib was so tender that I was able to pull every single bite off the bone with my fork using very little effort. It was MELT IN YOUR MOUTH TENDER! My husband had the Tasso brined double cut pork chop with collard greens. The Demi-glace was absolutely delicious and the greens were well seasoned. My father-in-law had the wedge salad that he asked to spruce up with a few extra dressings, and they had no qualms meeting his requests. We were too stuffed to try dessert, but we will absolutely be back to try it another time. The pricing was very fair for the quality of food and atmosphere. All of the staff were super kind.
