We were lucky enough to be served by Spencer, who completely elevated the entire experience. When I say knowledgeable, I mean next level, not just about the menu, but about beer, mead, cider, wine, stouts... everything. He took us on this deep dive into the history of mead and alcohol that turned what could've been a simple night out into something way more meaningful. It honestly felt like a full sensory experience. We didn't go there just to drink, Spencer reminded us that it's about appreciating the flavors, the craft, and the story behind each pour. And while I'll admit... I definitely got a little tipsy ... it was one of those perfect nights where everything just clicks -- great conversation, amazing company, and outstanding service. Also, the options?! So many good ones it was hard to choose, but a couple standouts for me were the Huck Yu and the Blueberry Crepe mead, absolutely delicious. I'm already planning my next visit. If you're looking for a place that's equal parts fun, educational, and just a genuinely good time, this is it.

They were having a movie night trivia when we were there; however we were too distracted by the Nintendo switch games to participate. It's bar style here - you order drinks, pick your corner or join the bar, and play board games or video games or just chill. They don't serve food, but there is a snack corner, including a selection of ramen noodles. The drinks are brewed in house, so they're on tap and are poured per order. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Now the highlight, I absolutely love the drinks. I have a little kids tastebuds when it comes to alcohol, so I loved all the sweet options. Of the one we tried this time, my favorite were the Post Watermalone and the T.L.C. They taste like juice, which is what I prefer. They have a wide selection that offer different tastes for everyone. Besides the fresh on tap drinks, they also have the 16-oz can for take home. Personally, I love their drinks and would definitely come back occasionally, since it's a bit of a drive for me. I would love to frequent if I was closer.

I personally like mead more than wine, and upon my visit to Temecula, I was excited to be able to try this place! We came in during a lull, and the owner Derek was there to personally serve us. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly an excellent maker of mead. He even has a variety of fun events you can sign up for like Viking nights where they have axe throwing and turkey legs, as well as Mead-Making classes with the man himself. We went with two of the flights: the new seasonal flavors and the classics. I was a big fan of the seasonal flavors, they were sweet and crisp, and the different fruit flavors really shone through. I liked the Thor's Courage the best of the classics flight, it was a sparkling mead that tasted the most like just classic honey mead. We asked for a recommendation based on our likes, and he offered us a glass of the Golden Butter Bee Mead, and it tasted as good as it sounded. It kinda was what I think Butterbeer should taste like. We ended up taking a bottle home. He also shared with us that he started his company in 2019, right before the pandemic, and he was able to survive by using his own truck to deliver mead all over the country. If that isn't a testament to his dedication to the craft and the quality of the mead, I'm not sure what is. Will definitely be back when I'm by Temecula, and I want to try to make one of the events sometime soon!

Despite the name,…read moreeverything about this place is top-notch, from the quality of the meads to the welcoming atmosphere. They specialize in small-batch meads made with locally sourced honey (raw/unfiltered), and you can really taste the quality ingredients. Some of the delicious honey-based meads I recently enjoyed are the following: Foundation (traditional mead), Dragon Fruit (fruity mead made with red dragon fruit), and Tea with a Twist of Foundation (black tea & lemon). They have flavors that are only available for club members, which I didn't love but respect, since they allow non-club members to purchase tasters on Sundays. I am looking forward to returning to try the small-batch meads that are available exclusively for club members on a Sunday. The tasting room has a relaxed, rustic vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of outdoor seating, in fact. The decor is all about the bees-ness, with honeycomb accents, plants, and bees throughout. Pretty fun! The staff are super knowledgeable and happy to walk you through the different styles, whether you're into traditional dry meads or fun seasonal flavors. They often rotate their offerings, so there is always something new to try. They are also dog-friendly and sometimes host food trucks and events. Plus, they have two vintage arcade games and a few reptiles, easy to miss but a fun surprise. Support local, sip slow, and enjoy something truly unique.

We had our wine tasting out on the patio with a guitarist playing great music. The vibes were amazing the air had a good breeze it was perfect. Russell was our host and boi oh boi, I can't put together the best words to describe this guy. Very professional and knowledgeable guy. We actually learned a lot about wine and some history lessons minus the quizzes. He took care of us and provided the type of customer service you hope for. He was also very humorous so laughter and wine was definitely a good mix. The charcuterie board was delicious and fresh. He also gifted us a bottle of wine. Not sure if I should have mentioned that. We are already planning to come back for another experience with Russell. The experience was so great we decided to stay after the wine tasting to dine there. We had the shrimp scampi and a pizza. The pizza was sooooo good. We enjoyed ourselves. Special thanks to McKenzie, I appreciate you.
