This place is a great hidden gem, all the ciders and meads I have had are so tasty, they have a unique funky taste but in a good way. I come in often, there isn't anything on the menu I don't like. The service is always good, they have plenty of parking and there is a small outdoor patio where I can bring my dog and sip on my mead. I highly recommend this place.

Best Cider in San Diego. Natural ferments from actual local cider apples. Something for everyone, dry, sweet, funky. Service is always to notch and live music for their anniversary parties. The inside of there place is cozy and there is a nice outside area as well. No two batches are exactly the same so it's fun to try different vintages. They also make some good meads, cyser etc and you can even find some that are on the dryer side.

The service is always impeccable fun inviting seating area inside or out. The ambiance is perfect matched for the location. The cider and the meads are the best around. Make sure to come check them out. Once you do you won't want to go elsewhere.

Very cool little place with some terrific cider flavors. They weren't overly sweet like some ciders can be, very bright and delicious! We sat out on the quaint patio covered with passionfruit tree vines. The guy running the place was extremely nice and informative when we asked questions about the ciders... everything is sourced locally from North County. We didn't try any of the meads while there, but we did pick up a bottle to take home... I'm sure it will be awesome!

I came cuz I love cider and wanted to support some local businesses. The ciders were good but more on the dry and sour side. Come try for your self. I'll be back for sure.

This little hidden spot is a tremendous entry into ciders and meads if you are new to this side of things. The ambiance is cute, the presentation is carefully refined and the selection is wide enough to satisfy anyone's palette but holds you close enough to the core of cider and mead to make you get a feel for what they have to offer. Service is great and knowledgeable so if you have the chance to get there when it's not busy give the bartender a chance to recommend and be open to what raging has in store!

    Exterior. Nice sunny patio.

Small tasting room serving cider, perry (pear cider), and mead but worth a visit. I really liked the perry and mead we tried (especially the mead which was an absolute knockout). The ciders were good, too. Seating inside and a nice patio outside. Bring your own food, if you'd like. Kid friendly. Board games available inside. I'll be interested in coming again to try their new offerings.

I like how small the place is & how relaxing it is here. Been coming here since 2019 &, despite having few options of mead, the meads always hit the spot & they're always refreshing. My favorite meads are La Peche & Buck Nekid. Although I tend to drink those the most, these guys always make great drinks.

I'm giving this place 5 stars for originality and being new. Met Ken who works there and he's just so awesome. He's super knowledgeable, personable, and nice. I love the fact that he can explain the process of making the meads and cider! The place isn't very big and it's located basically on Furniture Row. Lots of parking when we went and a safe area. All the meads and ciders seem to be made on site which is cool so you can see the barrels. There's a nice menu on the board and you can choose which one you wanna try or grab a flight. My bf, his brother, and I grabbed a flight which had 7 ciders and 3 meads. I loved the 8th drink which is a mead. The flavor is guava and strawberry. I also learned that mead is made with honey water. I thought this drink was so delicious and ended up getting a full glass. Drank all of it and was super full. But if you need a snack, they have kettle chips by Mrs. Vickies. My bf and his brother finished off the flights since I already made my drink choice. After the flights, they picked their favorite drank and we hung out. Ken told us how they have special releases and they're having a gathering I believe on Sept. 15th which costs $50. There will be Spanish music, food, and of course, ciders and mead! I really like this place and Ken, so I'm definitely coming back!

Came here for the mead, ended up trying all three plus some ciders. One outstanding mead, some good ones, but ciders were a little too dry and wine-like for my tastes. If you like non-sweet ciders, this place is for you. Out of the three meads, there was one more traditional mead that had a strong, sweet honey flavor. Much stronger than I'm used to with other meads I've tried, even though they're all made of honey. That day it was #9 on their list. Delicious! The other two were good, but not memorable. Having only 3 made it easy to try the whole menu, so I moved onto cider. I wasn't really a fan of any, but that's because I like sweet cider and theirs were all dry. Not bad, just not my type. Large selection of dry ciders if that's your thing. Nice bartender and a cozy little outdoor seating area make it worth a visit.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago during their vegan food Friday event, which is the main reason for coming. We had some delicious food from Harmless Eats and I can't wait to visit again soon! I enjoyed tasting the ciders and have honestly never had such a versed tasting experience. We ended up buying a bottle to drink at home. The staff was friendly but the venue was small and crowded. They did have some outdoor seating but it was too chilly for my two year old. We sat in bar height stools with my daughter on my lap and hardly any table room (used a ledge) to place our food/drinks. Overall, we enjoyed the drinks and food and would definitely come back. I'm grateful for this place hosting a vegan friendly food/vendor event.

I have been obsessed with mead lately. I finally got to try this location here in San Marcos. It's very small and intimate. They have 3 beads available and cider. I chose to do a flight so I could try all the mead. A flight comes in 4, so the bartender recommended to choose a cider for my 4th option. I chose the Seckel pear cider. It was good! It was sweet and you could taste the pear. Santa rosita mead: it was a plum with light sweetness. La mure: blackberry flavor with more sweetness Wild: it was a pear but tasted like olives to me. The bartender was super nice and hospitable. I would love to come back to try more ciders. Although lost cause meadery is still my favorite for mead.

Some of the delicious honey-based meads I recently enjoyed are the following: Foundation (traditional mead), Dragon Fruit (fruity mead made with red dragon fruit), and Tea with a Twist of Foundation (black tea & lemon). They have flavors that are only available for club members, which I didn't love but respect, since they allow non-club members to purchase tasters on Sundays. I am looking forward to returning to try the small-batch meads that are available exclusively for club members on a Sunday. The tasting room has a relaxed, rustic vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of outdoor seating, in fact. The decor is all about the bees-ness, with honeycomb accents, plants, and bees throughout. Pretty fun! I personally like mead more than wine, and upon my visit to Temecula, I was excited to be able to try this place! We came in during a lull, and the owner Derek was there to personally serve us. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly an excellent maker of mead. He even has a variety of fun events you can sign up for like Viking nights where they have axe throwing and turkey legs, as well as Mead-Making classes with the man himself. We went with two of the flights: the new seasonal flavors and the classics. I was a big fan of the seasonal flavors, they were sweet and crisp, and the different fruit flavors really shone through. I liked the Thor's Courage the best of the classics flight, it was a sparkling mead that tasted the most like just classic honey mead. We asked for a recommendation based on our likes, and he offered us a glass of the Golden Butter Bee Mead, and it tasted as good as it sounded. It kinda was what I think Butterbeer should taste like. We ended up taking a bottle home. He also shared with us that he started his company in 2019, right before the pandemic, and he was able to survive by using his own truck to deliver mead all over the country. If that isn't a testament to his dedication to the craft and the quality of the mead, I'm not sure what is. Will definitely be back when I'm by Temecula, and I want to try to make one of the events sometime soon!
