I went in with slight sun damage on my skin and left with soft supple skin an even skin tone flawless blemish and hair free afterwards I'm shiny and have to keep the creams on overnight without washing my face. I washed my face the next day and my skin looks amazing I applied a tiny amount of SPF 30 Sunscreen to my face and skin and start my day. Lien is super accommodating and it is SO easy to make an appointment through text. regarding covid-19, Lien is very clean and the bed thing you lay down on has fresh paper on top, the same kind they use at the doctors office when you sit on the chair. Masks are required and she washes her hands thoroughly before starting. i will say that sometimes there is a little wait from the beginning of your appointment time but it's not an issue for me, but plan accordingly. the biggest thing is that my eyelashes always look amazing and lien is the sweetest lady ever. if you like to talk during your session she is very friendly. if you're like me and you just like to nap during it, she doesn't mind that as well. i love coming to love skin care for my eyelashes, and i have been going back for a while now and will keep going back because the value and the end result are amazing.

I purchased the membership in September 2025, but I haven't been able to book anything through the app since then. Today, I tried to book a prenatal massage through the app. I selected an available slot, but it said that it was already taken. I thought it was probably an error on the app again, so I decided to book directly to the webpage, which still had the appointment available. I confirmed the booking, but when I got to my appointment, I was pulled aside by the manager. The manager told me that they had double-booked and that it was an error. She said that the only solution was to see if they could squeeze me in at a later time. However, they didn't know or asked if I had other plans (which I did) and plus my time was limited since I had a babysitter watching my toddler. This is unacceptable. I explained to the manager that I had no luck booking anything and that I had already accrued multiple sessions that I couldn't use. In addition, it's very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone. I told her that it was frustrating and unacceptable and they should have at least called me so I wouldn't of driven all the way there, especially since I was pregnant. If you can save your time and money, please do so. This chain focuses on making money, not on treating customers. The manager also said that they wouldn't refund my membership if I canceled it. This is a way to steal customers' money and time. It's very unfortunate that this is how they treat customers. They don't understand that it's our time and money, not theirs. This is definitely a rip-off chain.

There's a variety of services offered from skincare to what they're known for, hair removal via sugaring. All staff are trained and certified for all services they provide and are the sweetest. They make you feel welcome and ensure you're comfortable from checking in to the end of the service. I've been getting a variety of sugaring services from multiple team members, and I've had great experiences with each of them.
