The actual treatment is very relaxing. Their signature facial also includes a face mask, a shoulder and hand massage, and paraffin wax for your hands and feet. They also offer other services such as weight loss, botox, eyebrow sculpting, etc. Just keep in mind that only RNs are allowed to perform extractions here which turns to be a real hassle at times. One time, I had to wait over 30 minutes just for a nurse to become available, and on other occasions, I couldn't get the extraction done at all because they were too busy. To make matters worse, some of the RNs have poor attitudes and "hardly ever follow up". A family member was specifically told to text the nurse with any medication questions, but when she did, the RN repeatedly took hours to reply. I also had a personal encounter with an RN who got visibly upset when the front desk asked her to do my extraction. She actually took her frustration out on me because she mistook me for another customer. Whether it was a case of mistaken identity or not, paying customers should never be treated this way, no matter how busy they are. Otherwise, the front desk staff and the estheticians themselves are very nice. If you plan on becoming a regular customer, my tip is: Get to know the estheticians and find one you like because some are amazing while others are just so-so. As for the facility itself, the place is very clean, smells great, and has nice amenities. Their waiting area is very comfortable with light snacks, they provide lockers for your things, and they even have heated toilet seats! The place is located inside the Cerritos Mall. But despite the huge parking areas - finding a spot is a real pain. With the exception of some nurses who have attitude, O Skin lives up to my expectations of providing high quality facials.

The therapist starts the massage over the cover, but when she pulls the cover back she realizes she forgot her lotion. She went to retrieve it and quickly returned, but I unfortunately did not like her technique. She used her arm and elbow as her main technique of giving the massage and I prefer hands with the arm/elbow more so as a supplement, not the other way around. In addition to not enjoying the massage, people were speaking loudly right outside the door and heating up smelly food. I was in the first room right across from the break room. I ended the service early because it was not enjoyable or relaxing. When I went to pay I was charged for 30 minutes, which was right where I ended the service, but I was not offered a discount even after sharing that I didn't like the service and explained the reasons why.
