Garlic fries were good. The grilled chicken sandwich and burger could have been GREAT but it was just way too salty.

This place is a family favorite. Jason has impeccable customer service! We love it here. Highly recommend.

There is now a Shake Shack in the Palladio. Forget this place. It was really overpriced assembly type food that is double what you might pay at In and Out and not even half as good as that place. I think its an East Coast thing were people don't know any better. Before every movie we go to The Melt. Its actually the same price as Shake Shack if not cheaper and way way better. First, service is good and food is excellent. Believe it or not the one and only time we went to Shake Shack they were out of avacado's. (Unforgivable especially in California.) They gave me a $15 credit and interestingly enough it was not even half enough to buy me lunch. The Melt has much fresher ingredients and the atmosphere is much better. You can actually sit outside if you want. The Manager Vic came by and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. At Shake Shack we found filthy tables, an assembly line were nobody basically cared and management that was absent as evidence by poor service and cleanliness of the place. Save yourself a few bucks and a much better atmosphere with I think maybe the tastiest burger in our area which is The Melt. read more

I really enjoyed the Melt! I see them everywhere, but haven't had a chance to go in and eat there. The food options were interesting and I felt like there were so many choices for me! The garlic fries were SO GOOD. I couldn't stop stuffing my face with those. The macaroni and cheese was also amazing. To the point that both my kids wanted a second order, but I just told them we'd come back to a different Melt sometime :) The sauces they provide are delicious as well, I even took one home thinking I'd have a chance to use it, but unfortunately, I didn't find an opportunity. This place was a solid hit for burgers and a later dinner time for this busy family. It was Friday night and the concert was still happening but we were lucky to find parking right in front. Ordering food and wait time was not bad. There was only a few tables there but more came in as we ate. Service was very friendly and patient. The burgers are where it's at. A double is huge and it gave off a 5 Guys vibe with the fresh jalapeños and I asked for raw onions. Patties needed just a touch more salt. It was very juicy and very messy. I had leftovers and refrigerated it and ate it the next day and I liked it better. Added salt and it was amazing. But fresh and hot with the juice and the melted cheese was too messy for me. Fries were overly salty. I love salt but it was too much. Love the green seasoning. Is it parsley? The cheese sauce is BOMB. large portion for fries and dunking my burger. Better than shake shack. Fried chicken was nice but just comes with hot sauce. You'll have to ask for mayo or ranch if you like creamy sauces with your spicy sandwich. Large pickles comes with the order. The sauce was nice. I can't tell what hot sauce/ pepper they used. Cookies and cream shake was yum. Thick and tasty. Will I come back? Idk. It was a good burger but not enough for me to drive 30 minutes and find parking at the sh*t show Palladio can be sometimes. It's a little inconvenient. Not an easy grab and go. Despite having double cheese, sauce, and jalapeños, the gigantic and expensive Original cheeseburger was generally flavorless. Was asked how I liked it cooked (which was a surprise at a counter service restaurant), but after asking for medium received a well done burger anyway. Only ate about half of it before deciding it wasn't worth finishing. The Double Chocolate shake was good. If you want to spend a lot of money on a burger and a shake, go to a Five Guys. I haven't had a bad experience here. First was a mobile order, and I've been hooked since! I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup and i was happy as ever. Another time i ordered the Sicilian and soup again so happy! Today i ordered the loaded fries and a a grilled cheese that has mushroom! I was just enjoying my whole moment with it. Coming in i was quickly greeted, you have the option of ordering with a person or the kiosk. I didn't want the person waiting on my to figure out what i wanted so today i used the kiosk. Even though i used the kiosk they were still very attentive and quick to provide what i needed. The wait for food didn't take long and i didn't mind a small wait as my food was fresh! Anything with cheese must be fresh right! I feel so bad i didn't get any names but one of the girls asked how my food was after and made sure to see if i needed anything! They are so genuine in here. Today's Sando was perfect for me. I saved half and finished at home my fav part was the little bit of red flakes on the bread to give it a little spice. 5/5 The fries- bacon, cheese and ranch- this was basically enough to be my lunch and I'm probably going to have this as my go to from now on. It's not like others where they are slim on the toppings. 6/5 Oh and they have their own line of soda the black cherry is my fav. We tried this place when it first opened. My kids love it and ask for it often. It hurt my stomach - I think it was too rich (all the cheese). The location is in the Palladio so it is hard if you want to park close and grab something. Normally we will get Doordash for convenience. There is a parking garage and you have to walk unless you can find some close spots. Go when it is not busy to park closer to the Melt. The cashier should have charged us for the cheaper burger, given nothing was on it. My spicy chicken sandwich was so bland. They threw on some raw jalapeños, which made it crunchy. Such a prime location here in the Palladio! We stopped in for dinner one cold night because some warm tomato soup sounded delicious! We ordered at the kiosk and our food came quickly after we settled into our table. The sandwiches are a pretty decent size, I wasn't left hungry after but also wasn't super stuffed. I liked my Mac Daddy grilled cheese but would prefer to leave out the bacon if it's an option. The tomato soup was warm and creamy and just what we wanted. Fries were good but seemed like the bottom of the batch - lots of tiny crunchy end pieces. The service always seems to be great here. Checked out this place today with the family. My husband got a chicken sandwich, while my oldest and I got bacon burgers. The three little ones ate grilled cheese sandwiches. The grilled cheese was okay, but once it lost heat, the sandwich got pretty stiff and more oily. The bacon burgers were okay, and the chicken was good. I loved my Parmesan fries. However, I wasn't a fan of their soda, so I ended up buying a regular coke. There wasn't much customer and employee interaction because I ordered from the kiosk. They handed me my tray and that was it. We wiped off our own table, which was nothing to complain about since it was pretty packed in there.
