It came on a fresh ciabatta with lettuce, tomato, and dressed with a garlicky pesto sauce. It was a well put together sandwich. Sweet potato fries are a large portion and fried crispy. Iced tea is served in a big Mason jar. The meal was very enjoyable for me. Service was friendly and attentive. The dining room was comfortable. Menu price point is a little high for the area but the food quality is there.

My Uncle Sam pancakes came with the whipped cream on the side, as requested, and liberally dusted in powdered sugar. If you're a fan of PS, good on ya. I found the pancake flavor clean. There was one pancake more brown than the others, but that didn't affect the flavor. Could have been a hot spot on the griddle. Having become a big fruit fan, I could have done with double the amount on it. Like "would you like more pancake with that fruit?" But otherwise, the plate was prettily presented. As mentioned, the pricing is high. The food quality is there. The cafe interior is clean, comfortable and pleasant. Parking is ample in this Home Depot anchored shopping center.

The wait time was a little long but I came in with a big family so I'll given them the benefit of the doubt, and the food is, as they claim, hand grown and ground instead of processed and everything is fresh The burger itself was great, I didn't think it'd be that good considering I don't like tomato, but I barely even noticed it was there. About maybe a pound of food with two 1/3 pound patties and everything else added with it, what I'm assuming is a full pound. The taste was impeccable and I felt full after eating it, and I could tell it was handmade compared to processed fast food. The fries were amazing, they taste kind of like in n out animal style fries, which I do enjoy, except these were Belgium style (fried twice I think). They had a spice to them because they put jalapeño sauce in it so I'd be careful about that if your sensitive to spice, but overall great I felt very at home, it's very local and minimal with little business (except my 7 person party). The atmosphere at first feels a little unfriendly but I will definitely learn to be a regular here once I get a job and a steady income. Overall, a great restaurant in my opinion to try if you're in Victorville, big portions that is handmade, a friendly atmosphere once you get accustomed to it. There is a long wait but I had a big party and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it's handmade, and it can be a little unwelcoming if you're there for the first time If you're wondering if there are vegetarian options, there is in the form of the happy Wilbur and happy Wilbur fries, it being made from mushroom pulled pork instead of actual pulled pork 9/10 would go again

Burger is still the best tasting. I always order their Classic Burger because I don't like…read moreexcessive toppings overshadowing the juicy, delicious beef. Grinding their beef in house definitely makes a difference. I usually enjoy their Chickenator Fries but this time it looks like the recipe has changed. It still tastes good with their spicy sauces but I remembered that the chicken used to be pieces of grilled breast meat. This time, the cashier asked the chef if there was any chicken left for the Chickenator Fries. He said "yes," went to the freezer and showed her a frozen stick of ground chicken. Albeit, the ground chicken was seasoned well and tasted good; I was just expecting chicken breast meat. Also, the fries were very dark in my portion. They are still the same creamy textured Kennebec potatoes as before but seemed tired and old. Service was okay. They are not really set up for cash sales anymore since there was only 36 cents in their till for change at the time. Dining areas were clean but the interior is due for an update.
