Cassie and Jalen were absolutely amazing. Cassie is my girl every time I see her behind the counter, I already know it's going to be a good day. We always have the best conversations; it honestly feels like I'm catching up with my bestie while she makes my sandwich. Her energy is just so warm and welcoming. And Jalen? He was awesome today super friendly, efficient, and helpful not just with me but with other customers too. You can tell he really cares about the quality of service. The sandwich? Chef's kiss. This was the first time I ordered a hot sub from Jersey Mike's. I got the Spicy Chicken Italian on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. I was surprised that this turned out to be a very delicious sandwich. The chicken breast and pepperoni were thinly sliced with a melted layer of provolone cheese. The sandwich was dressed with red pepper relish for a slight spicy kick. It was simple sandwich with minimal ingredients but big in overall tastiness. This sandwich gave off an appealing pizza flavor vibe, too. I would definitely order it again. read more

I have been seeing the commercials with Danny DeVito and I'm driving on my way from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. I ordered a number 14 regular size the original Italian. This store is clean. The staff is friendly. The ingredients are fresh and delicious! There was no shortage of meats and cheese on my sandwich! Im still here in the shop as im typing this review I arrived a little past 9pm with my son from football practice and as we stood at the counter there was no acknowledgment there is a young lady and male employee on shift and it was nothing but silence until the female employee washed her hands then asked are we ready. I and my son placed our order I looked at my clock it was 9:17 pm it's now 9:37 and our order is not complete because I feel that she was more concerned with closing than serving the customer..!!!! And to have the trash can near the cooking station is so unprofessional while preparing our food it's 9:44 I'm now receiving my order that the rude lady gave me my change and walked away without saying anything as if I was the problem she should of told me that the shop was closed than give me the rude service now I don't even want to eat the food because now I can't trust the meal she prepared but I can't fault the establishment because of the employees the company you entrusted to run your business I'll be back I just won't purchase a meal if she's there...!!! read more

I'm giving this review a 3 based on the customer service! This location just opened, should never have a "B"! I wonder if it's because of the trifling behaviors of "some" of the employees! Don't get me wrong "I love Jersey Mikes" and I frequent many locations. I love it because I have a visual of my food while being made. I love the fact Jersey Mikes requires their employees to change their gloves after every order, i assume unless the employee never walked away from the line and the sandwiches are continuously being made in that moment. I also know if a customer ask for gloves to be changed it should be honored without feeling like the employees getting an attitude! If you've asked someone to start with fresh gloves when you come in, asked them to wipe down before they get started and the store is COMPLETELY DEAD, you have 3-4 people working, you thru make you feel like YOUR REQUEST IS UNREASONABLE, go to the back come out with a rag, wipe down, and then proceed to make your sandwich! Where is the mindfulness of what your doing; and make me feel like I'm being unreasonable when I ask you to change your gloves again! Instead of honering my request and move forward you walk to the back and never comeback. Someone else takes over! The "energy" that a customer receives when you ask them to SIMPLY DO THEIR JOB! It seems like the other employees pick up that energy too and as a customer you feel like the employees can't be trusted. Especially, when the person who started your sandwich walks away goes to the back and the shows up at the very end to wrap your Sandwich and didn't change their gloves it makes you feel suspicious. Especially, when they can't look you in the eye when you get your sandwich even when you say THANK YOU AND AND KINDLY ASK FOR MY REQUEST THE ENTIRE TIME! Why does a customer have to feel uneasy like their request to have the environment clean and food prepared in a sanitary way when they pay for it and have to eat it!!! I just left their today and this was the case! I was present during another day, it was very busy and people we're waiting for a long time. I will say EVERYONE but MATT was doing their best to deliver quickly.. HOWEVER, the unsanitary mistakes that were made during that visit was unbelievable!!! 1. Atleast 4 people asked the staff to change their gloves, why??? 2. Wiping their gloves on their clothes while on the line, 3. Wiping their face or scratching with gloves on. 4. Touching or lifting their hats while making sandwiches 5. Touching their hair while on the grill 6. Matt was on the grill and a customer. was trying to communicate something about their order and MATT completely ignored him, plus he never turned around! since he never acknowledged the employee the customer called MATT kindly by name to communicate their request and he NEVER acknowledged him or turned around! Unbelievable!! These employees need to be retrained on food handling and to understand these request aren't a ""PERSONAL ATTACK " on them or their character... If you work in fast food you must understand you will encounter various personalities thst require their food to be handled differently in addition to ensuring their food is handled properly! If any employee that "CHOOSES" to work with food be prepares to deal with changes! I hope the owner can deal with these issues. It's real the unsanitary practices with gloves and the bad energy given when we see things and ask for changes! You NEVER want them to ho to the back in the mist of making your food to get anything because you don't know what their doing!!!! A customer should never feel insecure about food! Bottom line is I was excited to have this location nearby, I was a regular at this location and these request are respected! This location, I can't say the same and they bamboozled the hiring manager with what they had to offer and the customer service they can provide!!! This was my first time at Jersey Mikes and I've always heard such great things about this place but my experience was awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location simply because of the terrible customer service I've experienced. I was rushed to place my order when there wasn't anyone else waiting behind me. The workers were really rude and seemed so bothered by the request for pickles on our sandwich. As the sandwiches were made and wrapped up, my sister went to write with a pen to label the sandwich and the lady said so rude with such attitude " we usually label them" . She then continued to wrap the other sandwiches, being aggressive and smashing the bread, wrapping them so messy. All while I had no idea where my sandwich was, no one mentioned to me that my sandwich was a hot sandwich, so prepared differently, and mind you this was my first time so I had no idea what to expect. The entire time I'm waiting to pick the toppings on my sandwich, I see all the workers making other sandwiches and thinking maybe that was mine, come to find out it wasn't. Someone finally asked if I wanted chips and a drink, I said yes and thought now is when they'll get my toppings for my sandwich. I paid for my order, and still no one asked for my toppings. All the workers had their backs towards us and didn't communicate were my sandwich was, then out of no where the man handed us a wrapped up sandwich, which was apparently mine but I did not get to pick my toppings at all. Not one of the 4 workers provided sufficient costumer service and I would not recommend anyone to go to this location unless the workers fix their attitudes and learn how to care for the customers properly. The Famous Jersey Mike's Subs at the Gateway to the Sierra's!!! Are you kidding me??? We stopped here today and it just so happened to be their grand opening, on our way to Mammoth. Definitely had to stop for some subs for the drive up. I went with the traditional #13 Mike's Way, where my wife went with the #9. Both subs were amazing!!! Dave and Paula greated us with friendly smiles and joyful conversations while they freshly sliced our meat and cheese. My wife and I will be definitively stopping in on the way back. I'm one upset customer. Last November I placed a bowl order and it had a huge black hair in it. i called immediately and they told me they would issue me a refund. Instead of a refund they charge my chips twice and never got the refund for my bowl. Horrible!! I sent my husband to order and the employees were in there having personal conversations. The one female employee was even in there blatantly cursing. Me and my niece went to grab a sub last night since we love mikes subs and is a new location close to home but for being the first time there we had a bad experience as we are ordering our subs I'm looking on the options I'm gonna want on my sub but the adding station was filthy I asked to get fresh lettuce cuz the one they had was low it looked brown also the guy preparing our subs kept touching everything while waiting to prepare our subs he grab the register the cabinets grab bags looked at another customers receipt then came back to prepare our subs but never changed his gloves it was so unsanitary but there was allot of people I dint wanna make a seen the preparing station looked like they dint clean it it since the morning but anyways so we came home and threw those subs away we were not gonna eat something that was touch with the same gloves he touched everything else and then get sick but one thing we will never go to that store again and I believe the manger was there but she never addressed the issue .is a food place wish means it shall always be cleaned after every sub u made . read more
