Bad service. 1/4/26 lady running drive thru at 7:30pm-8pm was rude and attempting to be as obnoxious as possible. She wanted my debit PIN code!? The burger was decent, but the fried zucchini came from frozen and would be better to just be removed from their menu. It used to be amazing. We opted to save our salad until we get home because the ranch was was flavored mayonnaise and the Italian was a salty, separated gelatinous slime, that refused to be mixed back together. Just came back from the drive-thru, ordering a family pack (4 burger combos). When I initially started my order, I asked if it was possible to make the family pack cheeseburgers rather than hamburgers I asked this because had it not been possible, I would've just ordered 4 separate cheeseburger combos. I immediately went in to view the menu and saw the holy grail of sandwiches, "that's it" I thought, "tomorrow's lunch!!!!" I love this place, great service with employees who have been there for such a long time and they remember me each time I go (even though I live in Orange County now and go like once a year).
