(I'm not usually a fan of slaw, but theirs was superb.) My girlfriend got their vegetarian sandwich, which was made from peppers, coffee (!), and tofu. She loved it. The thing I love about Sauce Nouvelle is the unique combination of flavors. Nicholas, one of the owners, is a flavor chemist, and is able to come up with flavor combinations you'd never think of but which work incredibly well together.
