Cozy little spot, had to make the drive up after hearing about it. Onion rings were great, fries were above average, burger patty was a little thin so some of the bites kind of felt empty. Decent flavors all around, I can see why the parking lot was never empty during the time we waited for our food. One request: give the employees a speaker to call out names, please. Watching the guy inside scream out names every few minutes was a little jarring. read more

Picked up some fresh cut vegan freedom fries on my way back from C&C Supersave where I got the perfect bottle of Mogan David to pair it with. I also got some scratch tickets and some cash from the ATM to pay the "bills". Almost got my organs harvested by a North Gorst hottie, and then I was almost attacked by a stray pitbull. This was our first time here. First and foremost, This is a cash only establishment, but they do have an ATM right near where you place your order. There is also no outdoor seating. The person taking the order was very friendly, and we didn't feel rushed. We ordered the 1/4lb Cheese burgers and family sized fries. We enjoyed both, but the Fries were the stand out. Cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning. After I ordered I noticed that they have a bunch of different items to order ( Polish sausage, and Chicken as well). Crazy Erics holds a good place in my heart for the memories I have when I was younger and would stop by with my dad after Dirtbiking. However, revisiting years later it feels a bit lackluster. I love places like this, the food is good & cheap. However, I do think they could revamp a little. The menu for example is all over the place, on the wall outside & inside. We absolutely loved this drive up. We got the hamburger and hotdog, onion rings and fries! All were sooo good. Classic burger and hotdog. Delicious burgers has been around longer than I have been alive my mom and I would go to the Kitsap county Fair and it was always a treat fresh grilled onions on a delicious cheeseburger and when they still had a little shop in Belfair my grandparents would take me there, when I got older I went there to pick up burgers for my Grandma and my mom such a delicious gem and they still have a spot in Bremerton that I have been to it's been several years but I still think of them and all the memories I have with with my family eating from there. I live in Seattle now and they are close to Dicks drive in but better because they have more options. The service is always fast and easy the staff friendly and awesome like a well oiled machine they are a Kitsap county local icon the smell of crazy Eric's during whaling days during the destruction derby mixed with the smell of gasoline from the cars nothing better than eating a badass grilled onion cheeseburger with a cold soda siting in the stands. I was back in Bremerton for an art show that I'm in. It's been a year since I was here and have been craving Crazy Eric's hand dipped battered onion rings. Rather than have them with my sandwich as I did a year ago, I just ordered the rings. That may have been a mistake (wink). The order could have served 2 or 3 easily!! However, I "forced" myself. Amazing! The name doesn't know justice it truly is crazy I mean you come here and you see the old-school vibes. It takes you 20 minutes to find all of the menu items that have been added over the years whether it be on Post-it notes hand written signs, just throw together and it is absolutely a must. I love a cheap burger place something where you just get the old vibes what McDonald's used to taste like when you were a kid just things being not perfect not amazing Not, a list of where the ingredient for sores in 1 million other things but just done well in the classic sense. And I love this place I truly do anytime I'm traveling around I always look for a little hidden gems like this place is that I've been forgotten and passed over for years. Great spot, I usually get a couple of regular burgers and a root beer and it's less than $5.00. If your looking for a $23 burger with $11 fries and a $9 beer this aint your type of place. If your a blue collar working guy looking for an honest hamburger stand this is your place. It's my favorite place to get a burger in Kitsap County. read more

Meh. It's not as good as it use to be. And to order fish and chips and then have to pay extra for tarter sauce or pay extra for ketchup when you order french fries seems a little ridiculous. Even the milkshakes aren't as good. Prices went up and quality went down. read more

If you are looking for a dive food joint with basic food, look no further. If you are a bit more high maintenance or have any aversion to grease this is not the place for you. For what it is, this little drive in is great! We got a plain hotdog, bacon burger and trail burger. The burgers we had as baskets and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. Fries are super fresh and they beat a lot of fast food establishments. Food was made quickly but to order so it did take 10-15 minutes. The menu had a lot of options and it seems like extensions of it are posted wherever there is room. However, food was very reasonably priced! read more

Get your fix at Eric's! These 4 stars are for knowing who they are and who they serve and being really good at both. Crazy Eric's takes me back to a simpler time when we didn't worry as much about eating healthy and sometimes just needed the greasy goodness of a corn dog or Patty melt or wanted a milkshake that was made with ice cream instead of shake solution from a modern fast food machine. This is my first time having a crazy Eric's burger in about nine years or so when I was at the Kitsap Fair.. I am completely under impressed because after almost finishing the burger my belly hurts. There is nothing quality about this dive. It's not even quality "bad for you" food. It's just bad food. The only thing I can recommend is that you probably shouldn't eat here. read more

Gimme a freaking break, I ordered a "deluxe" cheeseburger and a "deluxe" hamburger two fries and two shakes. The burgers are a joke think paper thin patty like a one eighth pound kids burger tomato, lettuce, pickles, onion and ketchup. The fries were a really poor copy of Dicks fries and the shakes tasted like chemical enhanced ice cream. Just don't stop here, go get gas station sushi, I guarantee it will be better. I gotta go to the bathroom now, no wonder why. read more

This is the first and last time I will eat here. The price I paid for the quality I got was crazy. Maybe that's why they call it crazy Eric's. This food absolutely sucks. I always hear people boast about it at the Kitsap County fair. Their line is always the longest. Not sure I can figure out why. Clearly none of the people who've eaten here and think it's good and gave over 1 star have never had a quality burger. Poor take on dicks drive in fries. I'd have rather eaten at dicks drive in and their burgers suck too. I'd take a McDonald's plain cheese burger over crazy Eric's or dicks any day. If you are wanting a really good burger I'd recommend Pick Quick in fife or auburn/kent. They're cheaper than crazy Erick's and much much better. I can not stress how horrible the burger was. My kid looked at the patty and was disgusted and fed it to the dog. I at least gave it a shot. There was no seasoning on the burger. I could have let ground beef spoil and made burgers with that and it would have been better than this. I am very frustrated that I spent my hard earned money on crap. My fault for not reading the reviews first. I hope anyone who hasn't eaten here and finds this review heeds this warning. And don't be like me who's like "it can't be that bad" it is. Crazy Eric's has been a nostalgic comfort food for me since early childhood. The smell and taste is the closest you'll get to carnival food all year round. The burgers are pretty good, fries are greasy and delicious, and the onion rings are the best in town. First time going here and had such great expectations based on the good reviews, but we waited probably 30 minutes for our food and this is what their classic cheeseburger looks like. I took one bite, already knowing by the look it was going to be super shitty and it was. I can't even finish eating this garbage. I can't believe they even sell this!!! WTF?? I will never buy from this establishment again. My boyfriend got the big cheeseburger and all that comes on it is a peice of lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. Extremely plain and we paid $20 for this?! We ordered the parm fries too and they were so overdone they were hollow inside and tasted like they were sitting out for hours. DO NOT GO HERE!! You will be disappointed. So disappointed. Went here for a quick bite, asked for a grilled cheese which they said they would make. It was done almost an hour later and they had closed by the time it was ready. When I got my food it was a completely wrong order covered in meat, which I can't have. Since they were closed it didn't seem right to ask them to remake it. It's incredible to me that you can take AN HOUR to make a Grilled Cheese and side of fries and still manage to mess it up. read more

The mass was perfectly tender with that amazing crispy burnt cheese bits oozing from the edges. Make sure to pile on the curtido or cabbage slaw on top of that bad boy. The man went above and beyond to make his customers feel welcomed and made sure they had everything they needed (napkins, forks, salsa). There is a small indoor seating to get out of the cold rainy Washington weather. The food tasted pretty good and will definitely be back!
