The tastes are bright and full of flavor. The peanut sauce was a hit for the spring rolls and I had both fish sauce and ginger sauce. The fish sauce is to liquid to really cling but what flavor. The ginger has a superb front taste and an ending that brings the heat. Ingredients are totally fresh and quality. Servings are plentiful and prices are reasonable. While the sandwiches initially seemed loaded, most of the ingredients are right in the middle of the sandwich where they slice it in half, so while it's very visually appealing, there's basically a ring near the crust of the bread that didn't have much toppings.
