Tons of good energy all around and the staff seem to be having a good time during their jobs. Service on the part of the waiters is efficient and when my food arrive a little bit late, (didn't notice.) I was offered a complementary drink. The food is very decadent bar food with the portion of a decent price. Just a tip...fries/sides have to be ordered on the side with your sandwich. The drinks are solid. I asked for my burger medium rare and it was perfectly cooked and juicy. I loved that they had pickles too. I'm not sure what it is, but I've had a hard time finding pickles, at certain restaurants, in the Coachella Valley, even when buying a burger or sliders. Weird!! The avocado fries were amazing. Perfectly crispy, not greasy and the sauces were amazing. The only downside here is that your burger doesn't come with a side or fries. You have to buy fries separately, which is a bummer, and they range from $6-$7 for a half order. I also asked about any happy hour and they don't offer that at this time. Anthony was attentive and provided great service and I'd come back to try another burger.

Besides having some great backyard burgers they also have fries, shakes, hotdogs, and melts. On a hot day, nothing like a beer, burger, and good salty warm fries esp with a shake! The service is top notch esp for families. They have a chill shaded outdoor area in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. Full of excuses like, "oh they close too early" & "whoops they're closed for the summer again." Today was my day that I said I'll do a few things I've been wanting to for awhile. WOW I am so glad that I finally got a burger from Tyler's, because it was unbelievably juicy, but also not covered up by anything. Nothing complicated about it. Just a thick, traditional burger done right. The staff was very warm, accommodating, attentive, & just genuine. It felt like each person I walked by made sure to acknowledge me respectfully. Today was a day for some self-soothing & it really was a turning point from then on. I didn't feel overwhelmed by dropping in for lunch on my own, in a very popular place. I also wasn't the only one dining solo. I enjoyed my cute lil corner of the restaurant with great fries & hibiscus tea. I don't know everyone's name, but whole staff today deserves their kudos. 3/31/'26. Thank you for the pleasantries & deliciousness. I promise I won't wait another 20yr to stop by!

We started out with the Drunken Tots. Wonderful! For dinner, I ordered the Turkey burger, and my husband and grandson each ordered the Bistro Burger. The burgers were loaded with all kinds of yummy toppings and we all enjoyed each bite. Meals are served with fries and a pickle. Perfect! Although we were stuffed, we split the Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding for dessert. It was topped with a salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. So good! The food was good overall and definitely satisfied the burger craving. The experience, however, was a little mixed. The service felt a bit awkward at times, and a few interactions with the staff just rubbed me the wrong way. Nothing major, just an odd vibe. The location itself could have been a little cleaner and more polished. I also noticed the Guy Fieri feature on the wall--which is cool--but at the end of the day, the food and experience still have to speak for themselves. Overall, the burger was good, but the service and atmosphere left some room for improvement.

Paul greeted us himself when we arrived and gave us a realistic idea of the wait, which we really appreciated. It felt less like being processed through a host stand and more like being welcomed in. While we waited, one of the servers came over to see if we wanted to start with drinks. Naturally, we said yes. Once we were seated, everyone at the table had the same reaction to the portions: pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Steak Frites, and my steak was cooked exactly how I asked for it. One friend had the rack of lamb, while another ordered the clams, which came in a generous bowl with toasted bread for soaking up the broth. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices felt pretty reasonable for Palm Springs. Then there were the cocktails. We ordered a round. Then another. At some point, all of us quietly abandoned the idea that we were only having one or two drinks. They were that good. Paul came by later to check on us, and somehow we ended up hearing stories from his Studio 54 days. His sense of humor is sharp, and he has a way of making conversation feel effortless. Dinner basically turned into story time, and none of us wanted him to leave. He even checked in with us again after dinner. We seriously could have listened to him all night. That was what made the evening for me. The food was excellent, the cocktails were good enough to convince us into a few extra rounds, and the room has plenty of personality on its own. Paul's warmth and humor made the whole experience feel personal in a way you don't come across very often. My friend may have been the one campaigning to come here, but by the end of dinner, he had successfully converted the entire table. We're definitely coming back!

Paul Bar is a fabulous experience, I've been here many times and the food as well as the service are always excellent! One of the many really interesting parts is there is a line to get in that starts well before the place opens up at 4 pm and it's like that most of the night HOWEVER the line moves quickly and once you get inside....OMG, you are transported into a really cool, dimly lit, swanky NY supper club with leather booths, tall bar tables plus there's seating at the bar (with many colorful locals that you'll probably end up making friends with) and the selection of food & drinks are so diverse, everything that my friends and I have ordered have been outstanding! Paul the owner who is very sweet is always there and oversees everything in his own quiet way to make sure everything is running smoothly and that his guests are happy, Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is the place to go for really great food, a fun time and an immersive experience and I promise you'll come back

Tho I haven't dined here before, I've made my presence known, and previously checked out the place to inquire ~~ more than once. I was blown away when Edgar remembered me...and thanked me & wifey for finally coming in for a little late-night dinner/snack. Wifey was craving onion rings...so whatever she wants she gets ~~ with limits that is ;) Since her favorite onion rings are 130 miles away in LA (Culver City) at Johnnie's Pastrami, we've been searching for a good back-up. Heard & read a lot of great things about their beer battered onion rings. We were not disappointed. Make sure to splurge and spend the extra 2 bucks for a full order instead of a half. Wifey enjoyed her mini burger...and it was the perfect size. The bun was fresh and held up well, which is always important. I went off the board and wanted just a simple plain burger patty, because I wasn't too hungry. But that's one of the best ways to judge quality. No bells no whistles. Just the beef...and a knife & fork. Like a good steak. It was tender & juicy and I was a very happy camper. h2O was all we needed on this night...and refills were fulfilled voluntarily. As expected, Edgar provided excellent customer service...and we all shared some playful banter throughout our dining experience. Tony's Burgers is a very chill & cozy place. It's darkly lit. There's lots of booths to sit comfortably...and lots of flatscreen tvs on the walls showing sports. There's a large bar area too with stools. I can see why this place is so popular with the locals. Looking forward to our next visit. {{{Big~High~5}}}

The bartender on duty tonight (Tuesday, June 9th) appeared disinterested in attending to guests who were not personal acquaintances. Although the restaurant was not busy, he was primarily focused on socializing with off-duty coworkers seated at the bar.Throughout my meal, several basic service standards were missed:Empty dishes remained in front of me for over 10 minutes after I finished eating.We were never offered water or refills for my friend's soda.Despite my intention to order more rounds, the bartender remained preoccupied with his colleagues.When I requested the check, I specifically asked for the dirty dishes to be removed. My request was ignored, eventually forcing me to move the plates to the side myself to create space.I had planned to celebrate a casino win with a generous tip and have previously recommended this venue to others.
