Instead of the upbeat and professional atmosphere I've come to expect, the staff seemed far more focused on their personal lives than on customer service. During our visit, we learned more than we ever wanted to know about relationship drama, canceled dates, and other personal issues. It felt incredibly unprofessional and made for an awkward experience. To be fair, one employee taking our order was genuinely kind, welcoming, and not overly pushy. She was the highlight of our visit, and she deserves recognition for maintaining a positive attitude and providing great customer service. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation felt disorganized. The manager appeared disengaged, frequently walking back and forth without providing much direction or support. Drink production was chaotic as well. Watching nearly every other drink come out before the very first one ordered made it clear there were training and workflow issues that need attention.
