Then today a different worker gave me one shot when the menu clearly says it contains 2. I had to tell the barista to put my other shot in. Admittedly when the owner is there it is good. Yet, it is obvious the only thing the owner knows is coffee because she sucks as a teacher, obviously. Otherwise this place sucks!!!!!! When you walk in, ask if the owner is available, if not leave, literally run. Because an espresso shop that can't even foam milk IS NOT an espresso shop; and not fulfilling your menu is not just an insult but a crime to charge me for.

The location is perfectly situated on the main street of old town Ontario, so there are a couple blocks of historic buildings and antique shops which can help you continue on the path of shopping local. The decor inside is as they say - unique and very cool. They did a great job! Even the outside red bicycle handlebar door handles were a cool use of materials! One of my guests wanted a beer on draft but there wasn't someone there that was able to serve it and that was a bummer, but we all got hot chocolates and coffees and sat for a few minutes and chatted before we continued on to the antique shops along the way (great finds!). This shop is large/spacious with lots of different seating options, whether you want to sit alone and not be bothered, or you're looking to meet and greet. Some were there working at tables, which was a great idea (hopefully they were patrons that were continuously paying? That same barista is also not friendly whatsoever and acts irritated... took 20 min to make 2 blended drinks one time too. I love the owners, so that's where the 3 stars are coming from. And a few other baristas are friendly and do their job without acting like it's an inconvenience. I will no longer go there when I see a certain vehicle (employee) there. :(
