Just hope you have no issues after her service. After she changed my oil I had an oil leak and I was never reimbursed. I tried to resolve through her insurance company, who she recommended I contact, but her policy has been expired since 2017. She told me once she back pays she will let me know. It has been many months now and still no effort from her to reimburse her service which left me with an oil leak and having to pay for a second one within weeks of her service. We were referred to Lisa by a friend while we were in town we wanted to get our bus washed. And glad we did! She is a Mobil service and brings wonderful purified or RO water in her tank and uses a combination wax and soap and hand washes your vehicles. She said the wax will last about 2-3 months so what a plus! She also does on site oil changes etc so ask her about all her services. She is very detail oriented and did a great job we will use her again when in town! read more

For example on our first oil change with MOC "I checked you license plate bulbs and one of them was burned out." and Lisa threw in the bulb N/C. Very detailed inspection checklist. On another oil change she noticed a torn CV boot and notified me of it, saving a what could have been an expensive front end repair if left alone vs. a routine CV boot replacement. I got her number from a friend and when I called I got the answering service. She got back to me same day and scheduled to come to my house when it was convenient for me which was awesome. She arrived on time. The only thing thing I have to complain about is: when I was on the phone with her I asked her "do you have an air compressor" she responded with yes. So I said "would u be able to fill up my tires because my tire pressure light is on and it always comes on when my tire pressure is low." She said yes we can. I asked her "does it cost anything extra?" She said no. So we had an entire conversation about it. When she arrived I asked her "to your the woman I spoke to on the phone right? So you are able to fill up my tires?" When I received my keys from her she replaced a tail light or some light back there which was awesome but I asked about my tires and if my filters (oil, air) and the fluids and what not because some places I have to verbally ask so I was just double checking. She said yup it's all done. She said one tire was 5 lbs light and one was 2lbs over. I was thinking "is that the same as psi?" Because I had never heard of tires being described in this way. While I was thinking she said it's fine, it's not a big deal. I said ok I guess. I paid her and she left. I drove my car around and my light stayed on. I finally had a free moment to go to a gas station and check my tires and my psi for my car should be 36 and all of them were under 30psi. My rear passenger one was 20psi!! So she didn't even touch my tires. I had to fill them all up then when I drove away my light went off. I would have preferred if she were to have told me no I don't do that instead of say she was going to, then lie to my face when I asked her "did you fill my tires up with air" when I picked up the keys and paid her. I was pretty pissed off about that because I had asked her so many times to triple check and she kept reassuring me when it never got done. I'm just hoping to God that the oil change was done correctly and thoroughly as I was promised. After reading all of these other reviews I feel a little bit better. read more

My first time using this service and I highly recommend Lisa. Reasonable rates, very thourough, and clean. I appreciate that she didnt try to talk me into parts I didnt need like another business in Paso that is well known for. When she was done she reviewed with me, the service she completed and also let me know I had a few bulbs that were out. Awesome that she donates your money to a non profit that she started. Lisa is the real deal: honest, thorough, and knows her stuff! You will not find this level of service at a quick lube. Well worth the slightly higher cost for her to come to you AND you get superior service. Truck is always clean afterwards, no dirty fingerprints, no overfilled oil, no mess under the hood. She even found a missing bolt and another loose bolt that would have been a huge disaster if we'd let that go! The quickie lube did not see that after multiple times going there.
