The girl that answers the phone is nasty, condescending and dismissive. The office seems rather disorganized and the background was very loud during my calls , it actually sounded like fighting going on . I asked to speak with the owner and he got on the phone and was very very rude and dismissive. One of the workers made a comment in the background that that " white people Complain too Much" .But wait , how do you know I am white? Oh, so your racism has blindsided your ability to give good customer service? and why would you have me on speaker phone? She was organized and offered great suggestions for the family boutonnieres. All the flowers turned out beautifully, and the team did an amazing job matching the colors we asked for. We chose silk flowers for the arch, and they looked even better than real ones. We received so many compliments--everyone was practically fighting to take the centerpieces home! XD The photobooth picture quality was also excellent. Two attendants were available throughout the reception to assist guests, and even our shy older relatives went up to take photos. Everyone received a paper copy, and the team set aside an extra set for us to take home. We also received an online album, which made it easy to download all the photos. The whole reason that you hire a professional is so that the investment that you're making is done…read morecorrectly. With Sav On we we were not provided a knowledgeable or skilled technician. There were 3 jobs we needed done. A swap out on our kitchen faucet. It was installed completely wrong & the faucet didn't turn from right to left it turned from middle to back and it was not secured to the granite and was loose. Next we needed a pedestal sink removed and a small vanity installed in our bathroom. I bought a beautiful brand new $600 vanity that they broke! The initialin installation looked like a complete mess when the were done. Sloppy mess of a 2 inch space filled with uneven caulk. I didn't look professionally done at all. We asked them to come back and correct the problems. For 3 hours he worked on fixing the caulk but there was lots drilling & cursing etc and when my dad went in to check what was going on the plumber was watching YOUTUBE plumbing video I'm assuming to try to figure out how to fix the vanity. At 1st glance it looked like the vanity was in correctly but then that night I noticed that the drawers were no longer sitting straight. Upon further inspection he BROKE one of the vanity drawers and caulked it back together and it isn't even connected to the vanity. So now we will need to completely replace this brand new vanity and pay someone else to properly install it. Third we had a water heater leak that we wanted corrected and they told us on our heater it couldn't be repaired which we understood BUT they made the leak 5x worse that it had been when they arrived. In addition to the issues with the sub par work these guys also say in their vans outside my house for extended periods of time, playing on their phones, one of them for a solid hour and charged us for that time. This can be seen in the video footage on my ring app. When we called they let us know someone would be out to fix the errors and we asked to have different plumbers sent. They sent the same guy. I cannot tell you how much I regret using this company. Sav On did not supply us a competent worker. I cannot stress enough how incompetent the worker was. We are shocked that an insured company is refusing to cover the damages. Refusing any sort of refund. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances.
