Good afternoon after calling and speaking to your manager I am disgusted with the service and the…read moreway I was spoken to. I kindly asked her what the procedure was she basically called me a liar without saying it. I have a 4 feet wide fence and the person I had originally booked the Porta potty with who told me the directions to go on the website and fill in my information, had told me that the fence had to be 4 1/2 feet wide .I had my husband measure , Our fence which was only 4 feet wide .I called your company back to ask if there was any other way to get it in. The woman on the phone don't know her name wish I did, told me they can deliver in my back yard if I unscrew the fence for them to pass it through that would be fine. I got a phone call yesterday stating that they were dropping off the Porta potty I said great what time would that be they told between noon and 5 o'clock. On my way home from work I realized it wasn't delivered at 5:15. So I called your company and the woman who I spoke to I believe your office manager said that they're on there way I said OK great not a problem I said let me just call my husband so he can make sure the fence is completely down because we unscrewed the fence but he had to take down the panel she said OK .then I asked your office manager what day would they be picking up so I know to unscrew the fence so they can come pick it up in my yard because obviously it doesn't come down. She then tells me an a nasty tone and even got loud with me we don't have a schedule they come and they get it when they can ! I can't tell you when ! So I explain to her that I have a huge built-in pool and I cannot have my fence open for days is there anyway to give me an estimated time frame or day when ! she said no and normally we don't put it through a fence. So I explain to her this is the only way I was told I can get it in ! how would I have thought of that of myself ? I wouldn't even know that was an option to unscrew the fence so we can get the Porta potty in. Then I said to her can I please speak to a manager, she said I am the manager very condescending. I said to her well then can I please speak with the owner her response to me there's nobody around! I said so I need to speak to an owner because this is an issue, she got loud with me and basically told me in so many words it's my problem nasty and demeaning ! not even to compensate when there's an issue knowing that somebody needs your services. I would like a callback from the owner I would never speak to her again I would never recommend your company again if that's how your manager is! I also am a manager and I can tell you right now if I ever spoke to a client the way she spoke to me my boss would've fired me. She needs to take a class in HR and learn how to deal with people not even to try to accommodate me or anything ! knowing my card was already charged basically she told me it's my problem and nobody ever told me to unscrew my fence where would have I gotten that from. I would like a call back so we can rectify the situation because now I have this in my backyard I have my 18-year-old sons graduation Saturday and I am disgusted at the way I was treated.I have never ever seen customer service the way she is if I was you I'd revaluate whoever she is because you're gonna lose a Lot of business.

I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A STAR!…read more HORRIBLE.........HORRIBLE.....HORRIBLE! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I use and paid this company March 5, 2026. On May 28, 2026 almost 90 days after service, they billed my credit card stating I was over my agreed upon tons. Tamara in the billing department stated they just found my weight ticket (an error on their part) and decided to bill my credit card. I thought I had paid for service back in March 2026. Also, when did they dump the materials? They did not call to give me a heads up, they did not apologize for the delayed billing. Tamara stated that "per the contract they can bill for any overage". I asked to speak with the owner or a supervisor but of course they were busy and would call me back. I will NEVER use this company again. I'm worried that they will continue to bill my credit card, which is stored in their billing system.
